Very professional company with both knowledgeable an professional techs. Had my AC working in 10 minutes. Yes they wore masks an shoe covers which I greatly appreciated. Will definitely call Advantage Air if Lexington again!!

We had a very old unit that has been repaired many more times than it should have been. Chance, Carlos and Ozzy came out at 3 p.m., and were finishing up a little after 6! They were SUPER courteous AND professional. Chance explained exactly what they were doing and let us know that if we had any problems with the unit, just call.

After my AC went out, I contacted my home warranty company. They finally set someone out to look at my issue and discovered that my coils had blown. Long story short, after 2 weeks of dealing with them, I turned to Advantage Air. They responded quickly, within a day, and diagnosed the problem. They ordered my parts, installed them and had me up and running within a few days. After they left, I discovered the drain pipe was leaking in my garage. I called Advantage Air and they came to my rescue. They fixed the drain pipe for free. In the following days, I discovered that the drain pipe was not discharging outside my house. Again, Advantage Air came out and diagnosed the problem. As before, they did not charge for their visit. My drain pipe was disconnected on the outside of my house. I fixed that problem myself. I highly recommend Ron and his group and will use them again.

Great work, great price. Had a consult Thursday for a full replacement inside and out ($600-$800 cheaper than the other 2 bids I received elsewhere) and they showed up Monday and had it done within a few hours. Couldn't be happier with the service.

Advantage Air has taken care of our units for a while now. They have always taken care of us the same day or the first thing the next morning. We called Tuesday and Tyler was at our house Tuesday afternoon and worked until the problem was resolved. They always take care to make sure their shoes are covered, messes cleaned up. I wont think twice about who to call the next time.

I called them to come out they sent someone the same day!!! Jesse was our tech he was such a joy. He explained everything and answered all my questions. He replaced our Contacter in our unit and got it up and running and working better than it was before. The company charged us only the $59.99 for the service call!!!!! Which is a blessing!!!!! Not only that he got the unit fixed seriously in 35mins. I would recommend this company for any AC ossues.

Great company. Nice service technician. Fast, easy repair without trying to up sell me. Called on a Friday evening at 5:30 and it was fixed before 7:30 no problem

Hidden fees. I was charged an additional 75$ for a reclamation fee which was never discussed. Time frame. Over a month to get a standard part installed. Lastly, multiple times I gave them a debit card for charges over a month, and they ran all the charges at once. Very bad business practices. Avoid if possible.

**Update** Who I assume is the owner of the company contacted me via text and asked why I left this review. He then passed the buck on the warranty company being at fault. I felt this was odd business practice so I went into greater detail with them about the level of service I received.
Not only were their hidden charges, the technician who performed the initial inspection said nothing was wrong. Only after I did research, and I suggested he check the thermal expansion valve, did he find something wrong. So basically, had I not known what to suggest to the "expert" I would be out money with no solution.

The technician also did not have a laser thermometer or any type of temperature measuring device to check the intake and output of the AC unit. So I provided my own so they could actually see that there was no cooling taking place...

Very professional and courteous! Quality work for an affordable price. They were able to replace my heat pump for more than half the price of other quotes I received for the exact same system. Seems like the other places in town are robbing their customers blind!

Thank you to Georgetown Advantage Air for the superb job on the new install of AC unit! The crew that came to the house was extremely knowledgeable and very efficient. I will always call Georgetown Advantage Air for all of our HVAC needs. The entire staff from office to service is very accommodating. 👍🏼👍🏼
