I have used Advantage Air for a couple of years now and they are just so incredible to work with. They respond quickly, their service personnel are really helpful and they give you great tips on how you can maintain your equipment yourself and potentially avoid service calls in the future. The prices are reasonable and I just can't say enough good things about the quality of their service. I will be a long time customer.

My AC unit was out and have contacted Advantage Air for the repair. They are very professional and responsive in answering all of my questions/concerns. Plus, they gave me a really good deal with a quality product/service. Def will do business with them again

From the first phone call to the moment the technician left I was showered with friendly customer service! The price I paid for equipment and labor was more than fair. My technician Tyler was very friendly and hard working. He paid very close attention to detail during installation and cleaned up after himself. He was very respectful of my time and my home. He showed me how to work my equipment and never acted in a hurry to leave until I fully understood how to operate everything! I highly recommend this company and will continue to do business with them!

My husband and I are extremely pleased with Advantage Air, Lexington. They're prompt, efficient, tried to fix our 60 yo unit before installing new system. Everyone we've spoken to or dealt with are always nice and professional. Would highly recommend them!!

We needed our 23 year old air conditioner and furnace replaced and called Advantage Air for an estimate. I was impressed when the technician, Tyler, showed up at our house to give us an estimate and put covers over his shoes before going downstairs on our carpet. They gave us a great estimate for Trane units , showed up at the exact time when they said they would be here and completed the job in under 6 hours. They were neat, polite, hauled off the old units and did a great job. We would highly recommend!! I just wish everyone that we hired to do work on our home could be equally recommended

Tyler was the tech and he was amazing. He was personable and knowledgeable and saved us a HUGE repair. They worked us in the day after I called too. Also the whole staff was gracious and reassuring.

Advantage Air is an amazing company! Our heating and air system failed the night prior to our child’s birthday party. Advantage Air was able to install a new system the next day. The service was impeccable and professional. Our new unit runs like a dream. The pricing was amazing and affordable compared to other local heating and air companies. I have and will continue to recommend this local family owned and operated company.

I wanted to wait a month to see how things went before writing a review, and so far no problems with the new unit. They were efficient and the price was the best of the 5 companies that I called. They didn't have a specialized salesperson (someone came and took a look, called into the office and got a bid) nor a fancy pdf of the bid. But they did a good job at a good price.

These guys are great. Quick response times, returns phone calls quickly. We used them yesterday and were blown away with how awesome and efficient Justin was. As we all know, losing your air conditioning on the hottest days of the year is the worst. They came out and had us up and running in less than an hour. Awesome work ethic. They wore masks and kept them on for everyone's peace of mind.
