Steven came out. Great communication via email and text. Very professional, early for appointment and knowledgeable. Was able to provide me options to fit my budget. AC so cold I’ll have to turn it up a little. lol. #grateful

After 2 days with no A/C, I have A/C again. Thanks to Convection Heating and Air. Call another company and they told me we needed to replace our whole system. $6500.00 to $6800.00 I was shocked being that he (Mark) didn't even really check the system. So, I decided to call someone else to get a second opinion. SOOOOO, glad I did. Thank you Steven M

He showed up on time. My unit has an odd size capacitor and the supply houses were already closed. But he was able to get it running with some clever engineering for the night, and promptly came the next morning and put the correct parts on as promised. He cares more about service and doing a good job than money. I was extremely happy with the service and cost.

Called him him at 8:15 on a Saturday morning and he was here and had us back up and running by 9:05 . Didn't charge an arm and a leg and was in and out. Highly recommend!

Heat went out on a rental home last night. Called Convection Heating and Air to set appointment. They arrived this morning changed the thermostat and had the heat going in an hour. Now the renters are happy!

The technician was very professional and came in the time frame that he promised. He repaired all the issues and everything works like it should. He cleaned up after himself when he was done.
