Jon was very knowledgeable and made quick work finding a crack in one of our refrigerant lines on our outdoor unit. He Got it brazed and recharged and working in a timely manner. It was a pleasure watching him work. I recommend peak for anyone needing HVAC services .

Peak Heating & Air has been servicing our HVAC needs since 2008. Their team always responds in a timely manner especially when demand is very high, like the hottest day of the year when a motor starting capacitor bought the farm and no A/C for 2 days. Can’t say enough great things about this company. They come out twice a year for routine maintenance and are very prompt if we have any issues. Just had an issue today with our AC not functioning properly and Courtney was quick to call me in the morning to let me know that someone would be out the same day. Kevin is usually our technician and is fantastic! Very professional and always does a great job fixing our AC. Highly recommend.

Our 12 year old geo system started giving us trouble last year. This year we had Peak come out to give us their opinion on what the problem could be. We ended up replacing our system. It was not an inexpensive endeavor, but the owner went out of his way to help us with that and answer all our concerns. Our service techs, Rick and Corbin were very nice, did a great job and cleaned up afterwards. The office manager, who was our first contact with the company, was always quick to respond and very helpful. If you need an HVAC company, go with Peak.

I chose Peak Heating & Air after evaluating their bid for a new heating and air system against five other HVAC contractors. Their price was the best and they installed everything as expected. The install process was smooth, and they took special care to understand my request to free up space so I could more easily access space in my furnace room and now I can even get to the filter without trying to squeeze it into a tight space. Their employees were professional and knowledgeable. I could not be happier with the Daikin system they installed for me, and it is whisper quiet (my neighbors should've chipped in on this because they will no longer hear the outdoor unit running).
This is the most important equipment purchase you will ever make for your home. You are missing an opportunity to save money and get impressive equipment if you do not get a quote from Peak.

Jon was the Peak Heating and Air Service technician who installed a new dryer vent for us. He was so professional, skilled, and answered all my questions. He went over and above cleaning up the dust afterwards from changing out old dryer hose. He greeted my 2 year old son and was friendly. Brett who scheduled the appointment over the phone was also efficient and friendly. I got a full explanation and accurate price quote before the service and a courtesy reminder call before service appointment. A+ complete process, very happy with service. In past, Peak installed my hvac system, Rick replaced one boot duct that had rust hole, and Kevin has done seasonal maintenance, all done with care and excellence. Consistently great service and communication.

Finally able to find a company that helped me understand my geothermal unit. Jon initially came out to replace the coil and Kevin joined him later. They were here quite some time but never gave up till the job was complete and they were satisfied with the result. This is the first time I've used Peak HVAC but it won't be the last!

From the start, Mountain Heating and Cooling were the most responsive and professional company I contacted. Lacy was very clear about the date and time that the tech would arrive and she was very helpful. Debbie was the tech that came on day of service and was fabulous. She took her time, explained everything clearly and thoroughly. I felt she really went over our system with a fine tooth comb and was very knowledgeable. She also was very honest about pricing and even saved me some money! They will be my "go to" company for Heating and Air service going forward.
