After another heating/cooling company in our area told us our heating system was near death and tried to scare us into spending thousands of dollars on a brand new furnace, we contacted Peak for a second opinion. They’ve helped us get a lot more life out of our heating system and done amazing heating/cooling maintenance work for us. Our technician Kevin is always terrific and we can’t recommend Peak highly enough!

I've dealt with Peak on two different occaisions related to two different AC systems I have. I've spoke with 3 of their techs & in all cases the guys were very personable, easy to talk to, & very knowledgable. And very responsive to my problems.

Our ac broke down yesterday and Kevin with Peak showed up this morning and fixed the problem. The fan on the furnace wasn't working and Kevin was able to figure out the problem, go get a part and repair it. Considering how old the furnace was we were thinking maybe they would just say replace it. We had called another company who originally installed the Ac unit but they aren't licensed in KY anymore and reccomended Peak. I am very glad we called them and will call them again if needed in the future!

Had a wonderful experience with Peak. I normally don’t leave reviews but had to express how professional and friendly their team was! Jon Norris was absolutely wonderful - educated me on my heating system and was so friendly. Would definitely recommend!

Kevin upgraded a recall on the blower system and cleaned the outside unit ,

With an old AC (1993) in a recently purchased fixer upper, I had the misfortune of the AC going out the night before we were expecting out of town guests.
So aside from it being hotter than ever, guests coming, a Saturday and having everything against me, Peak called back and had a technician (Kevin) out in early afternoon. He was able to do what he does and provide the AC we needed.
I am now working with them on replacing a well worn system that begs for replacement.
Right now, in these difficult times, it provided me much happiness.
