    We discovered our A/C was not working on a Saturday afternoon (house was 80 degrees). I left a message to get on a list and did not have high hopes of getting it fixed that day. We had a serviceman there in 2 hours and the total cost was under $100 ($60 for service). So very thankful that we use them for 2 check ups a year also.

    I was nervous about having someone in the house during the pandemic. I talked to Brandy on the phone and she was very reassuring. She said they had masks and gloves and we would have little interaction and that's exactly what Brandon did when he got here. He was thorough and quick too. Thank you!

    The service technician is still here at my house. He's not terribly well mannered and used very unprofessional comments (and swearing) while commenting his political views... unsolicited.
    Doubtful that I will use this service, again. Forget recommending a friend.

    SO THERE FOR ROTH HEATING AND AIR STOLE ALMOST 9800 FROM US AND IS TRYING TO PUT MY FAMILIES LIFE IN JEOPARDY.

    WE ARE FREEZING IN OUR HOUSE DUE TO NOT BEING SAFELY ABLE TO RUN A NEW UNIT LIKE IT WAS INTENDED FOR

    BEWARE ROTH HEATING AND AIR HAS NO MORALS FOR HUMAN LIFE OR SAFTY
    GAI YES THAT IS HER NAME SAID THAT THEY WILL REFUND US FOR A DUCT CLEANING THAT WE WONT LET THEM DUE
    SO WE SHALL SEE IF THEY REALY DO GIVE US OUR $350 plus tax BACK

    ALL THEY EVER HAD TO DO WAS REPLACE THE PARTS WE FELT NEEDED REPLACED AND THEY WE WOULD HAVE BEEN HAPPY
    THE UNIT IS COMPLETELY UNDER WARRANTY BUT THEY WINT HONOR IT
    JUST INSTALLED IN JULY /AUGUST 2020
