My furnace went out, i called Roth Heating and Air. Once again fast friendly service. Heater is up and going. Unfortunately my problem is going to be an ongoing situation. I was able to get an estaminet and helpful numbers to ease the cost. I highly recommend Roths to anyone who needs new equipment or even servicing the units you have. Don't forget to ask about the blue ribbon plan. Really saves you money on the weekend's and holidays.
Roth is ok, I think they over charge people. All in all, they do great work and they have plans to try and help their customers at all cost. To me which is a benefit, especially for your Air Conditioner and Heating.
We had a furnace installed in 1994 and an air conditioner installed in 1996. Both were on a maintenance plan ever since with Roth. They finally wore out and we had Roth come out and put in an Amana furnace and air conditioner. Very prompt and courteous service. Went well beyond my expectations. They made sure that we understood the operations. Very satisified with the service and outcome.
