Ace is amazing! They came to my house 4 separate times in a week to fix my water heater when it kept breaking. Very professional and friendly, I would definitely recommend!

Ace is always reliable no matter who does the work.

I writing this while it is still fresh in my mind. I needed a diswasher connection and they informed me it would be $96.00 an hour, one hour minimum. The technician showed up and reviewed what had to be done. After I supplied some of the parts he had called and ordered some more parts. I spent a total of 40.00 on my parts as he only credited me 20.00. He kept going to his truck and searching for what he needed. My associates and I felt as he dragged the job out to a total of 3 hours. Which only should have taken an hour tops. They billed me for $379.00. I said I felt like I got ripped off, and believe me I did. I had another company bid it for $225.00, but I had to wait for 2 weeks.Needless to say I informed them I will not be using Ace Plumbing again. I called the office and spoke to a gentleman there and he didn't seem to care. This was at the most an hour and a half job. I felt like I have been taken advantage of.If you can wait for the company that will give you a fair price and great service, wait for them.

Start to finish, this was an outstanding job. I called late afternoon on a Friday to get my septic sewer unclogged and they got me worked in quickly with very competent, efficient, and personable guys. I'm happy with the service, speed and price, and recommend them without reservation. Thanks!

Company was recruited by my insurance to inspect water heater failure. Ace claimed my water heater had been leaking for 6months (disqualifying repair eligibility through home warranty) when it had only been leaking for a little over 1 month.
They also claimed the leak was due to improper component installation???? It’s 10 years old??? That is average life for a water heater now days.
False statements were made not allowing coverage, plus the mammoth bill they added together for projected repair was obvious to see they were trying to oversell work to the home warranty company.
STEER CLEAR of this company.

Ace installed a water heater for us that failed 1 year later just after the warranty expired. They unabashedly charged a hefty repair fee. They are an old company but are not very innovative and won't offer much in the way of customer satisfaction. That was disappointing because we had 3 installations from them in 2017 on our rentals. One rental they quoted an installation of $2,610.67 skinny tank. I found another plumber to do it for $927. Soon after I also found another plumbing company that provided easy to read computerized statements that not only provided a excellent repair service but also listed several things to consider for future. That company sent plumbers that were courteous and knowledgeable and prided themselves on customer service. That said, I could not recommend Ace Plumbing.

More than 3 attempts to fix air conditioning not successful. Calling on the phone only led to the front desk lady telling me that their technicians are going to “take their best attempt to fix it”. Very misleading company with shady work. Would definitely not recommend anything to do with their cooling work.

After using them several times, over the last 10 years, because I had a friend working for them, two years ago they came to my house to replace a water heater . The technician was a family member of the owner and replaced The water heater with no problems. Two weeks later we found out he had unplugged our deep-freeze and forgot to plug it back in
There was only one plug close to the hot water heater so it couldn’t of happened any other way. The plug was only for the deep freezer
When I called the company several times and requested to speak to the owner
(several times ) I was given the runaround and all they told me was that the family member (technician )would not have done that ever.
A professional caring company....,,,.....
( not ACE ) would most likely have apologized for this instance and at least tried to replace some of the food instead of telling me...
no we didn’t do it,....it’s not our fault.
I would give Ace a one star .........because at least they installed the water heater.

The tech came and checked our washer which quit spinning. He ran a digital check on it. Told us it needed a control board. We ordered, installed, and machine still did not work. Called to see if they would follow up with a recheck. They would not do it without another service call charge. We were very dissatisfied with their customer service. Will never recommend them.

In short: this company did not properly diagnose the problem and thus did not fix it, and in the process they charged me an exorbitant amount of money to do completely unnecessary repairs, and while doing those repairs they tore up my house!
In full:
In February I was getting puddles of water in the carpet next to the utility room. I called and made an appointment for someone to come out. They said the diagnosis was grim: something was wrong with a pipe that runs from the water heater to the kitchen - in order to fix it they would need to run a new line up the wall of the utility room, across the hallway, and down into the kitchen. I was told this would be a half inch pipe and that there would be "minor damage" to the wall. In addition, they couldn't believe that my water heater was still working since it was almost halfway full of sediment and it needed to be replaced.
I wanted to fix everything so I went ahead and paid them $1800 for it all.
The "minor damage" to the house? Just look at it in the pictures. I was expecting a half inch pipe, so maybe three-quarters of an inch for the hole for it to go through - look at how huge the holes are in the wall for the half inch pipe! They completely punched through way more drywall than necessary - there are multiple circle-shaped punch holes, as if they used a trial-and-error method to decide where to put the pipe. Additionally, in my kitchen there are two places where they duct taped some white cardboard to the wall. This is not my idea of "minor."
Fast forward to May. SAME PROBLEM starts occurring. I call the company to let them know that the problem hasn't been fixed and to ask if it's possible that the cause could have been something different. The man on the phone with me was SO INCREDIBLY RUDE. He seemed personally offended, would not offer any idea of what solutions may be, and said, "Well, if you want us back out there, it's going to be the regular $94 an hour charge." He was so rude to me that I just got off the phone with him and called someone else. Shame on me for not being more assertive.
I called Roto-Rooter out to look at things. The first thing the man says is "Wow, there is absolutely no reason why they should have done the repair this way. It would have been a little bit more difficult to run it through the ceiling, but not that much. This is completely unnecessary and we can fix it for you." When I told him who did this, he was surprised and said he thought this company usually did good work.
The man from Roto-Rooter ruled out the problem as being due to plumbing. He said that if it was plumbing there would be a number of other issues as well, none of which I had. They left - and didn't charge me anything.
Finally I dug around some more to try and get to the root of this. I noticed there was condensation around the air conditioning unit in the utility room. Lo and behold, it turned out that the drip pan wasn't draining properly and the water was running off to the side and out to the floor. Some Google led to me clean the pan and take a shop vac to the drains. Problem fixed.
So, I bought a new water heater, severely messed up the drywall in my house, and spent $1800 on repairs - when it could have been fixed by a shop vac. I understand this company are not HVAC specialists, but they should have at least been able to diagnose that the problem was not plumbing, which is what Roto-Rooter did!
Moral of the story: always get a second opinion.
