Steve has been our heating and air conditioning repairman for several years. He provides top notch service at reasonable prices. He is very quick to respond to our calls for help. He is professional and dependable. We would heartily recommend his services to everyone.

BEST HVAC service in the area. I called 12+ companies, actually had a couple others come out (see my other reviews), and Steve fixed my AC in the middle of a 95 deg day while everyone else said it couldn't be repaired and needed the whole thing replaced. It is an old system, but with a wife, kid, and elderly parent at home, I couldn't wait 3-4 days to get something working. Steve patched the current system up to get us through the summer and gave me a WAY lower quote for a more efficient system to replace when we have the time. AC is still working 2 weeks after the patch up, and now we're going to have the replacement done by Steve in a couple weeks. Steve didn't pressure us or try to sell us anything. He's retired and does this to help people. He's been a Godsend on a hot day and saved us a lot of money in the long run. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!

I have been using Steve Jones for several years now and I wouldn't use anyone else. He has provided quick, honest and affordable maintenance services at two homes i have owned. Both houses I've lived in had old, original to the home systems and Steve provided honest advice on what he would fix vs replace if he was the home-owner. He provided timely and affordable maintenance and eventually completed full HVAC replacements at both homes at a very competitive rate. His work is quality and the American Standard systems he installed are a great value.

Our AC unit was having some issues and after another company came out and told us it wasn't fixable and quoted us 10 grand to replace it we called Steve for a second opinion. Not only did he come out after 5 pm but he got to us within about 30 minutes of our call, checked out the unit and had it fixed within an hour. You could tell he had so much knowledge and experience on his trade, he was honest and kind. I think the lady I talked to on the phone was his wife and she was very sweet as well. We will definitely call them in the future for everything!

We hired Steve to replace our electrical furnace with a propane gas one, as well as a new air conditioner. He and his crew did a wonderful job. His pricing was fair & they put us on the schedule in a timely manner. We couldn’t be more happy. Thank you! They are honest & knowledgeable people.

As always, Steve, Susan and Rick were great. We've been using Steve for about 7 or 8 years for maintenance and checkups. When the outside unit and coil need replacing, there was no other person I'd rather have or trust to do the work. Honest, forthright, and always fun to talk to you. And, oh by the way, they do great work. High recommend.

Steve and Susan were absolutely wonderful to work with. They were extremely kind, professional, and trustworthy. We got quotes from a number of companies and they were, by far, the most reasonably priced. I also feel that the service we received was top-notch and something you just don't get anymore from a lot of companies. They are quick to respond when you have an issue or question and make sure that you are completely taken care of. I will be recommending them to everyone I know.

Thank you SO MUCH to Steve!!!! Our AC went out and it got up to 90 degrees in the house. The initial company that was supposed to come out canceled on us and luckily a person in my neighborhood recommended Steve. They said, “”I swear by this guy!” And they weren’t wrong. Steve came by within 30 minutes of us calling and swiftly fixed our AC. We are extremely grateful and will turn to him again in the future. Our house is cool again!!!

I cannot say enough nice things about Steve Jones and his wife. They were reliable, quick, reasonably priced and most of all so nice. We had our entire system (furnace + air conditioning) replaced and it was all done in one day with little down time. I highly recommend them to anyone needing a new furnace or air conditioner.

The owner, Steve, has installed and serviced our heat pump & ac unit for more then 15 years. He is consistently quick to respond/service, talented at what he does, friendly, honest & professional. We also feel his prices are reasonable especially when compared to the “big boy” companies.
