Matt just recently installed a new furnace in our home and serviced our AC system as well. He did a fantastic job, was very friendly and professional, and his prices are very reasonable! We got through January and no bitterly cold weather. No one expected sub zero temperatures in February. So many times we were going to call someone to come and service our system, in the fall, but alas...squirrel! So when our heat was dropping the past week we went on a quest to find someone to come take a look. I googled for places around me and saw High Efficiency Heating & Cooling. We've not used them prior to this past week but I we most certainly will in the future. I called and left a message which Matt promptly returned. His concern for our needs was apparent, but his concern for those without heat and the need to get them taken care of was refreshing to say the least. Matt contacted me several times to assure me that we would be taken care of. The young man who came to check on things was prompt, polite and wow...became friends with our German Shephard right away and that is a feat. We were taken care of and I began to feel warmer in no time. Thank you very much for such fantastic customer service which has been lost in so many companies. I would recommend you at the drop of a hat.

Great service. Did exactly what I called them for. Tune up , safety check on furnace and new thermostat installation. Appointment available 2 days from phone call to inquire about when they could come.

I had Matt replace a bad vent fan one time and also disconnect and remove my compressor for concrete work and then reinstall everything afterwards. He was very professional both calls, very knowledgeable in his work and was concerned with my satisfaction. I highly recommend him for any HVAC needs.

My furnace quit working at 8:26 PM on a cold 19 degree night! I called High Efficiency Heating & AC after hours and left a message. 4 minutes later I received a call back from Matt who advised that he would be willing to come by tonight and look at my furnace problem. 20 min later Matt arrived diagnosed my problem, advised me that the electronic board has failed and ask if I could give him until 8 AM in the morning to source the part. I ran a space heater overnight and it was fine. Matt called me back at 7:45 AM the next morning letting me know he sourced a new electronic board and would be over shortly to install . My heat is on and Momma is Happy! Great Service!, call them now!

The team at High Efficiency did a great job for a great price installing our new HVAC system with complete new ducting at Wildcat Storage Center in Louisburg. We chose them for several reasons, but a major on was that they modeled the space in software to determine the right unit for our needs rather than using dated "rules of thumb" sizing. I called with a plumbing emergency and they came out the same day. It was fixed in one hour and Joey was super polite and didn't leave a mess. I highly recommend this company!

My furnace was making some loud noises and Matt came over right away. He was able to diagnose the issue and get it fixed quickly. He was also very reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend him.

They were the most efficient and professional company that I have every had the pleasure of dealing with and I have dealt with a few pieces of... Well, you know... The ones that just don't care about us little people...
