The overall experience was great. From the time I filed a claim on the Home Warranty's website, I received an immediate call from Elite Heating and Air. They were able to get a technician out quickly, considering the recent drop in temperatures which I'm sure has kept them busy. The person scheduling the appointment was pleasant and friendly. Rocky arrived at the expected time. He was pleasant, personable and knowledgeable. He kept me informed of the process. I was very pleased with the service. I would definitely use this company and this technician in the future!

Thoroughly impressed with Rocky's responsiveness, professionalism, and knowledge. My AC went out and he came out within 24 hours and diagnosed the problem while also answering the questions I had on the solution, explaining what I did or did not need related to a ful HVAC replacement. Rocky was awesome. Called after getting service ticket from warranty company. Showed up in 20 minutes, ordered/picked up part from Lennox and got everything back up and running well inside two hours. Would absolutely hire again for any and all HVAC needs.

All I can say is wow! My A/C was fixed in a jiffy, they are professional, fast and the quality of his work is un matched. I had tons of work done on my A/C prior to them coming and the others would only patch up the work, he told me what I needed and helped me find the perfect Ac for my house. They are truly Elite. In the dead of winter he made time to make sure my heater was working properly and you can tell he truly enjoys his job.. I never leave reviews Elite heating and cooling is all I will ever use.
