    Jason and the rest of the team are amazing!! I started requesting bids last March for an HVAC system. The prices were all over the place and I could not get anyone to call me back. When I did get a chicken scratch bid, it was vague. I can’t in good confidence spend 10k+++ with a business without details. As a business owner, it surprised me that so many companies had zero follow through. Most of of the places I called wouldn’t even travel 30 miles. I even called a local company and after they came out, they never called back to give me a cost I even called multiple times to ask for it. Jason called me back the day I called them. He drove from Andover to Hutchinson to Marion and back to Andover the day he came out to give me an estimate. Each day they did the install his team drove 100+ miles. His company wasn’t the cheapest but for what I got they were!! It was so worth the money! Last night I slept like a baby with my new central heat and air. I’ll be using them in my other home, without a doubt! I would highly recommend them to anyone!!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️

    Just used Hanna Heating Air Conditioning & Plumbing for a home central A/C problem. I highly recommend them for the following reasons:
    1)They were on site very quick!
    2)The office staff & technician were professional (courteous, friendly, knowledgeable & helpful).
    3)They are very reasonable and competitively priced.
    4)The technician provided good to know information to extend the life of our A/C system.
    5)The servicing technician (Sheldon) even went out of the way to provide additional help cheerfully; he got out of the van, after he was already backing out of the driveway, to assist me with leveling my A/C unit when he saw me heading that way with some leveling tools…exceptional!
    I was very pleased with their service!

    Wayne came out to our business (Good I was not there) a clear attempt to take advantage of my office manager. Attempted to charge $1600 to refill Freon on a residential unit we have at our business. I had a second quote and it was less than $300. Please think twice before using this company, their sole purpose is to nickel and dime.

    Johnny Combs was referred to me by a friend in 2017 when our A/C froze up. Johnny told me what was wrong and gave me three options to address the problem. He didn't force anything upon me. He didn't tell me I had to replace the unit. He told me what each of the three options would get me and let me make an informed decision.

    Johnny's approach was a welcome surprise. I've never received such treatment by other service industry professionals. I've always been told "You have to do _____." I've never been given options.

    I've continued to call Johnny with my HVAC needs and he never ceases to amaze me. He's repaired the unit at my rental house (twice) and finished what someone else started at another house that's under construction.

    Johnny understands that money doesn't grow on trees and he always gives me options instead of pressuring me into an expensive decision (which usually means buying something brand new).

    I'd recommend Johnny and Hanna Heating & Air to anyone and I'd be tempted to argue with you if you were going to use someone else.

    My husband and I had Hanna Heating & Air Conditioning come to our home to fix our air conditioner a few weeks ago. What a terrible mistake we made. This company is so dishonest they rank as crooks. Our first experience was this Spring with a 99.00 sevice call to check and clean your unit to ensure having uninterupted service in the hot summer weather. Of course we hoped if anything was in question it could be fixed. I just wish I'd looked at their other customer reveiws.
    Now in Sept. The unit is down and were in 95 degree weather. The repairman was here for about 30 minutes and found the problem right away. The blower motor was no good. He said he would be back in a few days because they had to order it. Then he handed me the clipboard to sign for that service call of 98.00. I did not sign anything about an estimate of $1,000.00. Later the service manager was very rude and insisted I did. The total bill was $1,541.80. I've never had a male talk to me so mean and rude. He said, we don't ever want to do business with you again. "I don't want to mess with you.
    It's because he knows my husband and I knew they cheated us badly took advantage of the heat.
    One of the customers that gave a review also knew about Washers Specialist in Wichita and that you can
    buy all types of motors for $100.00.
    It is overwhelming to see the reviews left. Three people had similiar problems. Jess, Derek and Amy Banta. They were scammed in similiar ways like us. Also, the parts and labor were not listed with prices on our invoices.
    I am going to find out if my Trane was out of warranty. At any rate I intend to write the Trane Company and let them know how Hanna is using their name.
    I will never forget how their Service Manager John talked to me. It was very inappropriate. Please protect your yourself from these criminals.

    We have had problems with the coil in our builder installed air conditioner leaking a couple times over the last two years. First time we had Hanna come out and fix it under manufacturers warranty in the middle of the summer. They were kind enough to recharge the unit so we could have air conditioning until the new coil came in. This replacement coil came with a one year manufacturers warranty. Lo and behold one year and one month later the replacement coil springs another leak due to another manufacturer problem (just Google Rheeme class action lawsuit). Wayne with Hanna came out and checked the unit out and while the manufacturer was being difficult, Hanna did everything they could to work with them and make sure that we got a good deal on a replacement coil once again since it was only one month outside of warranty. I can't recommend Hanna enough. They really go above and beyond to take care of their customers and there is no doubt who we will be calling for any future heating and air conditioning work.

    Hanna Heating Air in Andover KS are some of the best people I have ever worked with!
    I have worked with many HVAC companies and can honestly say they are the only people I would work with again.

    Jason and his team are honest, hardworking and enjoyable people to work with. Don't make the mistake I made by trying anyone else.

    They helped my family get through a terrible situation we found ourselves in with a previous company.

    Don't get taken for a ride! He (who supposed to be a service manager) comes out & tells my sister the fan motor is bad. He didn't have the part but said the job would probably be around $800 but had to price the part to be sure. So then when he calls back the next day, he says the job would be $650 like some garbage tactic to make you think he saved you money (on top of the $150 service charge that didn't even replace motor so still $800). Read the other bad review & its the same astronomical mark up! You can save the reply too, arguing like you have a business to run & this is natural. A 7x markup, $700 labor, when other companies aren't charging this, isn't the norm. I went to washer specialties in Wichita & got the part for about $100. I went straight to her house & put it in SUPER easy AFTER he warned me on the phone not to try because it was so hard. He wouldn't even give me the part number & acted like he didn't know. They don't even have that part & it would of been a universal one. So he was just making it harder on my poor sister who didn't have that kind of money. I've never touched an AC unit in my life. Now mind you, when he came out the 1st time, he said he took apart the motor to get it running but it wouldn't last long which was true. I found that the bolts were loose on the fan. So either they were loosened intentionally or never checked. Either way, a "professional" should of checked & not left it to a 1st timer. In my opinion, you should avoid this company at all costs! Call around, get quotes & don't be afraid to try yourself! We're in the middle of a heat wave & there's going to be a lot of people out there that can take advantage of you.

    Hanna Heating and Air came to our rescue after our unit was fried. Unbelievable support and professionalism. They jumped on it and have us now up and running. Extreme;y reasonable price compared to others we have used in the past years. Highly recommend Mike Schwarz and the other Mike. Thank you, Hanna.

    Just had a new furnace, ac and water heater installed. From the first meeting with the project manager to the technicians that installed it everybody was prompt, professional, clean, knowledgeable, nice and affordable. Highly recommend!!!
