Once this company got my call they sent a technician out right away. Billy T was very knowledgeable and explained everything so I understood. He was at my home at the time he said he would be and fixed our A/C unit right away. Thanks for the great service!

It cost me just over $3K to replace the A/C coil on a unit from 2007; the part was located in Mobile, AL. It just seemed high, esp for off-season, but we already had another local company over here and spent a few hundred for some Freon and fake assurances, so w rolled the dice in this outfit. So far, nothing else has been a problem--the fellows who came out today were very knowledgeable, professional and customer-service oriented. The office personnel double- and triple- checked appointment times for arrival of the installation crew, nothing was left to chance. The unit blows colder now than it did before it crapped out. Highly recommend this Andover small business. One year after moving into a ten-year old home, the evaporator coil on our AC system went out. We un-wisely used another company for the repair that the home warranty company required us to use (as we had a 12-month warranty on the home, purchased by the sellers). Long story short, we wasted $900 and spent three weeks in July without a functioning AC system. We called Ball and had the issue handled in 48 hours. Note: Home Warranty of America is a scam...stick with local small businesses like Ball...they're honest.

The Ball team arrived as scheduled and quickly got to work installing my new unit. They were courteous and respectful in and of my home. I would recommend Ball Hearing and Air 100%.

Ball did a GREAT job with my new system. The area where the old A/C sat in my yard had settled quite a bit. They filled in with a lot of new dirt and made sure the new unit sat up higher. They even re-arranged my sump pump drain to avoid any future problems! They also left my house clean after the install, and Broc thoroughly explained how my new system works. I'm very satisfied with the results!

Service was on time. Photo of both service man and maintenance desk person emailed prior to service to insure identification. All personnel were courteous and took time to explain procedures. highly recommend .
