After 38 years we finally got central air installed. We have hot water heat so not as easy to install as doing it when first building. The guys came in in force and got a very difficult job done within 2 days. Very professional and easy to work with and very friendly.

Top-notch people who went above and beyond, not only to get our furnace working again, but also troubleshooting another problem we had been experiencing with our ventilation system. Highly recommended!

We wish to acknowledge this level of service we received from Graber Heating and Air Conditioning.
When our furnace went out we called them at 4:15 on a Friday evening wondering if we could even reach them at such a time! We spoke immediately with a very lady who assured us help would come. This help
arrived shortly, so very friendly and worked diligently into the evening hours to repair our furnace.
We were amazed at such service on such short notice . We were of course so thankful for this a prompt
and excellent service.
We will always be grateful and highly recommend this company to everyone.

Their secretary is amazing. She usually answers the phone right away and is really fun to talk to. Their tech, Shane, is fantastic! So friendly and helpful. My thermostat has been running perfectly since he installed it two years ago.

I highly recommend Graber Heating & Air Conditioning, INC. The customer service has been excellent when calling into the office; and when Shane came out to my house to install a new air conditioning unit. He was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain how each part worked individually and as a part of the whole system. When I need to replace my furnace I will definitely be calling them again.

This is an outstanding company with old fashioned integrity and values with a high bar for quality work. We’ve bought both a furnace and an AC unit which they are maintaining well past the average life expected on each.

RUDE AND DISMISSIVE - I've never had someone be so rude to me over the phone. My husband called Graber to schedule an appointment to have our furnace blower looked at since it was making an unusual sound. Nothing high priority, just trying to make an appointment. The woman on the phone (presumably the owner's wife) was rude and dismissive and would not give us a service appointment. She told us her techs were "too busy" and that they would not make an appointment for us - wouldn't even take down our information and talked over us when we tried to explain that this was not an emergency, we just wanted to make an appointment for the following week. Such a shame considering we were recommended here by our neighbors and have used them before. We were hoping to keep our money in the community and support a local business, but we will be taking our business elsewhere.

The gas company shut our furnace down on the first of December due to its high carbon monoxide emissions.
The Graber crew was on the job ASAP.
They were polite, courteous, tolerant of my 4-year-old asking relentless questions, and generally very personable and helpful.
Whenever I have a home climate issue I’ll be sure to call the Grabers!

Shane went the extra mile to service our air conditioner. My two sons were watching him and he took the time to explain what he was doing and how it all worked. Priceless education! I was impressed and very thankful!
