Five stars all the way! They responded quickly when my 22 year old central air unit stopped working in very hot weather. I am super impressed by this company. Everyone I talked to or interacted with was kind, knowledgeable, and helpful. The workmanship and skill of the crew was impressive. They took the time to fix little issues they found along the way that others may have skipped. They treated the installation as of it were going into their own home. I would highly recommend them to anyone based on the service I have received. Excellent company and I hope to do business with them for the foreseeable future.

Shawn and Lucas serviced our AC unit. They checked the air filters, refrigerant pressures, and washed the condenser. When finished they told me what they had done and even complimented us on keeping our (20+ year old) unit in good condition. Extremely please with the professional and knowledgeable, yet friendly service!!!

"Repaired" my AC situation. I didn't have any AC at all and my pregnant wife was suffering throught humidity in the hot house. Shane installed a brand new AC in a single afternoon, tuned up the furnace, and clearly explained every decision he had to make for my situation, very professional, highly recommend.

The inspector for the AC installation said it was top quality work.

This is the 3rd time used Graber HVAC...we wouldn't use any other vendor! We've had them provide HVAC maintenance for an older AC, furnace. In all instances technicians explained what could potentially break (since older system) and any parts which needed replacing explained, in laymen's terms, what and why. We appreciate their low costing, honesty, thoroughness, friendly manner and professionalism. This company is top notch!!!

Excellent service that went beyond the actual installation. They helped in the planning and their follow-up is a amazing. There was a lot of new information for us and Shane and Barry helped us understand the new technology. We couldn’t have asked for more wonderful, helpful and competent support.

We had a problem with proper venting of the gas furnace and also an ongoing problem with a gas smell in a rental property. Graber re-routed the venting and it brought the CO levels down to below the minimum reading of 3-4 ppm. We still had an ongoing issue with the gas smell upon ignition of the furnace. Shane was able to diagnose the problem, tighten the venturi tube to the pilot light, and all issues were successfully addressed. We are extremely happy with the workmanship and customer service of Graber's and will call them again.
