I am a new customer here, and I was very pleased with my experience with this business. They were very reasonable with the cost. They let me know what they were going to do, and what time I could expect them to be there. They were prompt, courteous, and I will recommend this business to anyone I know who needs heating or A/C service.

After five weeks and numerous calls, they have yet to show up. It was always the same response, "I'll be there later this week." I finally called Bernies out of Preston, IA who showed up within an hour. If you don't plan on showing up, have some common courtesy and let me know so I can call someone else rather than letting my four kids sweat to death trying to be patient. I understand that AC companies are busy this time of year but 5 weeks? No excuse.

Courteous, fair, respectful and returns phone calls. Also uses texting to communicate ETA. Explains work performed. Wears a mask and practices social distancing. Have been a regular customer for many years for the above reasons and have never been disappointed.
