After five weeks and numerous calls, they have yet to show up. It was always the same response, "I'll be there later this week." I finally called Bernies out of Preston, IA who showed up within an hour. If you don't plan on showing up, have some common courtesy and let me know so I can call someone else rather than letting my four kids sweat to death trying to be patient. I understand that AC companies are busy this time of year but 5 weeks? No excuse.
