JMRS Heating and Cooling

I've been seriously holding off on this review because I feel so taken advantage of. First of all this was a home warranty claim. They were very prompt to come out for a replacement. Kudos there. Some of the photos speak for themselves but I'll fill in the blanks. So 725$ later for a modification cost for them to add a roughly 1' extension on the supply plenum, move my fused switch and put in a flex gas line that anyone could do is simply outrageous. To top it all off they put the new furnace in crooked and in turn twisted my cold air return plenum so badly it cracked the spot welds on the duct clamps ...again see photos for all of this and as well all that foil tape was done courtesy of myself because the return was leaking so badly because that's how much they twisted it. It did nothing but suck air from the basement until I (myself) properly corrected this. Needless to say I spent hours fixing their wrongs and am still not fully corrected. Also, don't expect a high quality replacement.... they gave me the lowest possible quality replacement. I am so disappointed that I would not recommend this company to anyone even if you are desperate. save yourself the trouble and go with someone better. Best of luck if you use this business.

Made a claim with our home warranty and they used JMRS as the vendor. Scott with JMRS called us up within an hour of talking to the warranty company and was out fixing the system within two to three hours. Incredibly impressed with the customer service as well as service provided on the AC. No more leaks in the basement! Woohoo!

Used them through Home Shield. It was the next business day they were able to come out. Technician was very friendly and personable. Found the problem right away and was in and out. Highly recommend!

They were wonderful. They got my problem fixed quickly. I will call them again if needed.

I had a problem with my furnace, they came out the same day and resolved the problem. The technician went above just fixing the immediate problem and fixed some other problems with the furnace as well.

They misplaced 3 wires!!!!!
