As a Realtor, I come across many different HVAC companies but Aspen Aire is the only company that I would personally use on my own home. Aspen Aire is always professional, responsive and they handle my HVAC needs with care. I highly recommend them to anyone! You will not be disappointed.

Had my first repair following installation of a full system. Air conditioner went out on a Saturday. I called Aspen and they came out same day. The technician diagnosed the problem quickly. Explained to me what had happened and when I could expect repairs. A warrantied motor had burned out. To make a long story short. I was up and running in four days.
Needless to say this was five star service. Thank you Aspen!

We had an issue with our furnace and called Aspen Aire for a 2nd opinion over another company in town, Kohles and Bach. The technician with Aspen Aire, Eric, was phenomenal! He immediately diagnosed the issue and got us a quote, which was significantly lower than Kohles and Bach's quote. Our furnace wasn't working so he ran back to the shop to get a temporary motor for us to use until they got the new motor in. In addition, he offered to save us money by signing us up for a Service Agreement which would allow us to use a furnace inspection for this visit, get an A/C inspection in the Spring, and give us a discount on parts for the new motor we needed. Eric was also extremely knowledgeable about an Air Purifying system I asked about while he was at the house. Lastly, the cherry on top, I asked him if they could service our gas fireplace when they come out to fix the furnace motor and he told us a yearly service isn't necessary for the model of fireplace we have. Kohles and Bach told us it needed to be serviced every year. It's so nice to have a reputable, trustworthy company we can count on in Aspen Aire. And thank you for your advice, Eric!!

The building process can be very daunting, but with good Subs it takes the stress out of the work so you can just enjoy the process of building your new home. Aspen Aire was FANTASTIC to work with from start to finish. The guys kept to schedule, even if that meant working a couple weekend days. They were knowledgeable, professional and respectful. Can't say enough about this company... don't think twice about hiring them for your work. They're great!

Aspen Aire did an amazing job fitting me in for a furnace tune up! The technician was polite and did a good job explaining the process to me. I was impressed on how much they do for a tune up. Would highly recommend! Trustworthy and affordable.

Matt at Aspen Aire has provided services on a couple of occasions and both times was incredibly pleasant, professional, knowledgeable, thorough, and did an excellent job of explaining and answering questions. On one occasion Matt was checking the AC for air flow, temperature, and a unique noise we were hearing. On another, Matt installed a humidifier and air scrubber. Extremely pleased with his service and Aspen Aire in general.

Updating my review because I had a bad experience with a sales person when i needed to have my AC replaced. While Aspen Aire helped by notifying my home warranty company that the unit needed to be replaced, the sales person who came out for estimating install and logistics was rude and not a good communicator. When I would call for an update, he sounded like he couldn't be bothered with me. Eventually, I switched to a different HVAC company and have been happy since. Bottom line: techs are nice and helpful; everyone else isn't.

Aspen Aire is great. My furnace seemed to have issues with the flu system each winter and my home warranty would send out different companies each time. None of them really fixed the problem. It wasn't until Aspen Aire last year that my issues were finally taken care of. These guys know their stuff. They were more knowledgable about my issue and my system than any other contractor who came out before. Professional, knowledgable, and caring.
