Always a great experience with Beeson. Thang was very professional, friendly, and thorough with our annual inspection. Beeson is very fortunate to have him on their team!

Needed to get the electrical outlet for my dryer checked, technician Josh Richards was sent out. He was able to quickly identify the problem, suggest a few repair options, and completed the work quickly and effectively. Will definitely call again in the future!

Beeson installed my central air conditioning unit in 2020. I've had issues with it leaking refrigerant every year since. This spring I was told they would no longer warranty their work, so I'm going to have to spend thousands to have another HVAC contractor chase the leak in the system.

The maintenance they mention in their reply is evaporator and condenser cleaning. The HVAC contractor I had out to repair Beeson's work told me neither were in a condition that would have led to the system leaking all its refrigerant. The maintenance, frankly, seemed like an attempt for them to extract more money from me for shoddy workmanship. Regardless, the first time Beeson's work leaked was within months of install.

If you want the job done right the first time, go somewhere else.

Grace United Methodist Church has used Beeson for several years to conduct our semi annual change overs from boiler to chiller and chiller to boiler. Normally this is routine. That was not the case this time. Thankfully, Josh and Kent worked with us above and beyond to help us find a source of a gas leak. We could not be more pleased !

My grandmother had previously scheduled and paid for follow-up maintenance and cleaning for her furnace for the "Fall Cleaning". When it was due to be checked, they called promptly and scheduled her in within 48 hours. The tech came out on-time and was very polite. He checked her furnace out and did some cleaning on it as was contracted. The experience was quick and easy. She would definitely recommend to others looking for this type of service.
