I was in need of someone to fix my well. A technician came out and tried a fix that didn't work. He said he would go back and discuss with the owner. We didn't hear anything for quite some time. Then a couple of months ago we received a call from an office person on the status of the well and an apology because no one had gotten back with us. We made an appointment for the owner himself to come out and fix it. He came out and the well is finally fixed.

My only suggestion for this companyis they should followup on all their jobs. No one has called to ensure that we are having no leaks and that everything is ok.

Great service on a very hot 4th of July! We had a house full of company and no air conditioning. Kent got it up and running again quickly. Our outside unit had been damaged by hail. Beesons communicated that to our insurance company and got it covered.

Thankful for Beeson Mechanical Services out of Whiteland tonight and their employee Kevin for fixing our furnace/thermostat. He stayed late making sure the job was done right and when there was a problem the owner came out to assist. I highly recommend Beeson Mechanical Service, Inc.!
