If I could give zero stars I would! Last night 12/23 I had a technician Matt came out to my home around 9:40pm last night to come help us figure out why our heat wasn’t running but our fan was. We’ll he did indeed figured it out we had heat running for about 10 mins until he came back into my home to put a filter in the furnace, while he was doing that he started disassembling EVERYTHING in our furnace I mean turning switches off taking wires out then proceeds to tell us our furnace is bad. & when my boyfriend asked him if he could re hook everything he said no it was against his protocol then he goes on saying our control board is bad & now saying we have a gas leak when he did NO INSPECTION of a gas leak so how was that classified in a matter of mins. WE HAD HEAT MIND YOU,’HE HAD IT RUNNING!!! He checked for carbon monoxide it was clear he said it was good. So why did he go back down to our furnace & start disassembled everything & now saying our furnace is out. We’ll we’ve been with out heat in this blizzard for 2 days & we have kids & dogs. So a family friend came out to check as well & he got it running with no struggle. So this was bad service & I paid 150 for nothing to be done & him just mess with me & my Christmas money for my kids.

Purchased furnace and a/c. Beautiful installation, quiet unit, friendly professional staff. Requested thermostat w/old style dial and they delivered. Very pleased.

Ethan did a great job. He was on time, knowledgeable about my furnace, and answered all my questions and concerns that I had. I felt safe with him in my home and he treated my house with respect. We needed to replace our aging AC system and was very impressed with the care that went into the whole process. Jon ensured to explain everything thoroughly, and assessed the entire home to determine the proper size unit needed to meet our needs. He was very courteous, professional, and took the time needed to ensure all of our questions were answered and that we were satisfied!

We were shocked with how quick the installation was scheduled, as were were expecting 8 or more weeks and it happened the following week!
When installing the unit, the technicians were extremely courteous and respected our home with the same care I would assume they treat their own homes. They never left a mess and removed all of the debris from the site. The installation was really fast! After installation, we were given a full instruction on the new system and thermostat.

We couldn't have asked for a better job! We highly recommend! Fast, professional, and great communication! Thanks to Great Lakes, and especially everyone on the team who helped to improve the comfort of our home!

Called Great Lakes for a winter tune up on my furnace. The front office staff were pleasant to speak to and worked around my schedule to set up a time and date.
Grayson Waite was my technician he was very polite clean and respectful of my home and on time. He was able to answer all my questions and concerns. I was very pleased with the overall experience.

The whole team was great and very helpful. They were able to send someone out in less than an hour when my ac died on one of the hottest days of the year. Jon was very informative and helpful. They were able to book me for a repair the next day at 8am and Elijah and Phillip worked really hard to get my system running by the end of the day. Everyone we dealt with was top notch. Highly recommend!

All the servicemen are very professional and take the time to explain what is wrong and what one’s options are. They also came once in the winter late at night to fix my heater that had stopped working and charged me very little.

Service man was Matt. He was professional and informative. As a female home owner, I asked some questions about how to change the furnace filter and operate the attached humidifier. He instructed me on how to insert the filter (and let me do it) and check if humidifier was operating correctly. I was very pleased with his explanation of how my furnace was operating.
