I have had a service agreement with this company for more than 30 years. No more. In recent years, they have kept fewer and fewer of their obligations, while charging me more and more each year. The last time they visited, they did not finish their work. When I called them back to finish the work, they actually charged me extra for the work that was supposed to be part of the agreement that I had already paid for. They have promised to refund the money, but they never have. They owe me one maintenance visit I paid for, which they have never made. And they don’t answer their phone calls. Calls are now routed to a poor connection with a call center in Louisiana, where a person who barely speaks English hangs up on me every time I call.
