We have had issues with our smart thermostat since day one with adt. And we were desperate to get another one put in for pur air to work amd they came out the day I called within the house thank you sooo much you really helped us when we desperately needed it!!definitely would recommend!!

Contacted Princeton Heating & Cooling LLC about heat not working- they were very quick to respond and came to check it out the same day! Decided on a new heat/ ac unit due to age and they only needed 24 hours to get prepared to install. Installation was quick and excellent! Great customer service! Would definitely recommend to anyone needing service on their heating or cooling units!

They were super responsive to our FIRST call, gave us great advice in terms of our options, and started/finished exactly when he said they would and did it for a fantastic price! Andrew’s team is made up of hardworking young men that were professional and clean. They were only here 2 days and did a fantastic job! Princeton Heating and Cooling was a life saver! Our AC unit stopped working during the evening and they came out early the next day and was able to troubleshoot the issue easily and quickly. Our AC was back on within an hour of them showing up! I highly recommend Princeton Heating and Cooling! Highly recommended! Princeton Heating and Cooling provided excellent service for my needs. They also were very professional and considerate. My furnace broke on one of the coldest days of the year and they showed up within a couple of hours after I called them. They were able to get my heat going temporarily, but I ended up needing a new furnace (my original one was over 20 years old and worn out). They had the new one installed and working great within 48 hours. I couldn't have asked for better service and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing HVAC work.
