Andy came out the day I called!! He was very professional and I Will only call him if I ever have another problem.

We had our HVAC system break down the week of Christmas these men are great! Came out the next day I called and repaired 4 error codes for way under what I expected! Thanks so much Princeton Heating & Air for giving us a warm cozy Christmas! 🖤

I want to thank God ❤ in the Heavens above, and all of you who prayed or cared about our well being ❤ while our furnace was going out. We ended up getting to be able have a brand spanking new Goodman Furnace/AC unit set our landlord bought and had installed for us yesterday, by Princeton Heating and Cooling LLC after pretty well paying to be cold the past 8 yrs., with the old system that could be at least 40 yrs. old they said. They are always open it says on their page on Facebook, etc., and were here by 10 am the next morning after getting a message from my landlord about 1 am. the night before. What was to be a 2 full day job turned out to be only a full 1 day job yesterday and then they finished hooking up stuff on the AC unit already today so now writing this review about the awesome professionalism of Andrew J. McDaniel and his assistants John Turner and a guy named Slick is all I got of his name. Looking forward to enjoying being warm in the winter and cool in the summer for many years to come with this new system ❤ In the past 7 summers here we struggled to keep it 80 degrees inside when 90+ outside. BTW if you need their help tell them I recommended them as they get the job done right and asap as the following pictures show 🙂 P.s. Andrew tried to keep the old dinosaur going for us everytime we had to have it looked at in the past yr or more but it was done for. Thanks for everything you have done Andrew!!!

My parents recommended this company when my AC stopped cooling so I took a chance and called at 4:05pm on a Friday knowing that business hours said they closed at 4:30. The guy showed up within 10 minutes of calling. He worked quickly, and past their closing time, to get my AC back to cooling within 30 minutes! So thankful with these hot days that he was able to figure it out so quickly! Great customer service, really fair and affordable prices, and quality work. I'll never use anyone else!

Andrew came out to check out our gas furnace that quit working the morning I called. He found the issue quickly and had to order a thermal switch to repair it. Just had to wait the time it took for the part to get delivered. Once it was delivered he was over within less than an hour to install it. And got our furnace running again! Great work and quick to respond!

Had the AC go out on a Saturday. Called and he showed up that afternoon to diagnose the problem. Couldn't fix it that day because the parts shop was closed but first thing Monday I got a phone call and by Wednesday we were back up and running. Awesome service, very knowledgeable and went above and beyond to help get us fixed.

Called Andrew late in the day on Friday he came within the hour, figured out the problem and fixed it. He was well spoken I could understand everything he said he was courteous and give me some great maintenance tips on my heating system. I would not hesitate to call him again.

Andrew and Nick were fast, friendly and efficient in solving what was almost a heating emergency! Right on cue, my furnace blower died in the middle of more snow than I've seen in quite a while. Andrew answered my call well after business hours and arrived on time early the next morning. They revived my furnace, made recommendations and put me back at ease and super toasty in less than two hours. The rate was more than fair and I will definitely be using them again and recommending them to my neighbors! Thank you so much!!

Excellent service all around. Needed new ac unit installed, and got fast service, fair priced, and did excellent work. Not only installed the unit, but did all the necessary repairs to the old flexible ductwork, sealed around where the unit butted up to the underpinning and made it look professional. Took about 3hrs, which shows he knew what he was doing.
Very impressed all around. It isn't easy to get a rating, let alone a 5 star from me.
