The overall experience was great but I wanted people flowers like the picture. They were still beautiful, fresh flowers they weren’t half dead like other locations and there were the perfect amount. It made by daughters day!! The vase was perfect too!

When ordering in person for flowers for our mom's funeral, I was still using a crutch needed after an accident. They wheeled out an office chair so I didn't have to stand. They were very patient with us and let us take our time choosing. The flowers were absolutely stunning! The arrangement was larger and more beautiful than the catalog photo. Mom would've loved them. Will most certainly order from Steve's again for flowers and their customer service.

They took a photo of the arrangement and sent it to me so I could see what it looked like, and was so kind in delivering to my sick friend. They have great follow up. I always call them for flower needs.
