Beyond impressed with the quality and customer service. Ordered online and the flowers were more beautiful in person than the online photo, and that never happens. Highly recommend!

I have now used Steve’s Flowers and Gifts twice, and could not be happier with the experience. Dealing with florists over 1000 miles away, looking for quality, creativity, and timely delivery can be a crapshoot. Not with Steve’s. I couldn’t be happier with them. I have found my “Indy florist,” and would heartily recommend them to anyone.

I received excellent customer service when I ordered flowers for a cousin's funeral from Steve's. They called to let me know the order could be delivered earlier than I requested if I liked. Then they emailed me a photo of the arrangement. They were as careful with this order as I would have been had I created the arrangement myself. Do yourself a favor and use Steve's for all your Indianapolis floral needs. I know I will.

I saw what I wanted on their website, but called the store to place the order because I wanted to add a couple of items.

The store associate was incredibly nice and offered great suggestions. The order was delivered on time and on the date requested, which was Valentine's Day. They were already packed with deliveries, but added mine to the list.

The basket and flowers were beautiful.
