Our technician Tyler was attentive and professional. I felt very comfortable that he knew exactly what he was doing and even answered some questions regarding my water heater. Definitely above and beyond the expected level of service.

My electric bill had skyrocketed the last couple months and then i noticed my heat pump wasn't running. I had been using Auxiliary heat all winter and never knew it! I called Price Point Comfort and was
scheduled for a tech to come out. Tyler was very knowledgeable and quickly diagnosed the issue. There was zero pressure for a full replacement or upgrade. He made the repair and had my heat pump up and running. I would recommend them to anyone having heating or cooling issues at home!

I called James late Friday evening after Lowe’s didn’t show up for the job, and James took the job and showed up bright and early Saturday morning. He was very professional made suggestions to lengthen my water heater. I would highly recommend Price Point Comfort and they are local to Decatur Township

The AC unit took longer than expected to fix, but at least the unit was fixed and my grandson and his friends were extactic.

Highly recommend! James came recommended to us from a friend when we needed our furnace looked it. We tried problem solving on our own and nothing we did fixed the problem. I text James and he responded immediately and was out at our house within a couple of hours. He trouble shooted, ordered the part needed, and was back out at our house that weekend to do the repair first thing. Hard to find good service like that these days so if you’re needing a heating and air guy, give them a call!

I called for a second opinion Saturday morning and Tyler was able to come by 10 am. The house was between 45 and 50 degrees when he arrived. He was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable, but the best part was that he took the time to really investigate, problem solve, and educate me about the whole process. A different company had indicated that I need to spend $2600 on a repair, or purchase a new furnace for $8600. As it turns out, that wasn't the case at all. Tyler was able to get the furnace going and explain what had happened to cause the furnace failure. I am more than happy to be a new customer and look forward to having Price Point Comfort as my go to for all my HVAC needs. I highly recommend this company for their knowledge, honesty, and integrity.

My hvac system was on its last leg and went out on a hot holiday weekend. Not only did they come out on the holiday weekend and get my air working they quoted me the best price I had received for a new system using quality equipment. They had the new system installed within a week and I could not be happier.
