Needed a whole house humidifier. They specified and installed one within a week of my initial call. It works great. The installer was on time, very professional and knowledgeable. Completed the work in the time estimated.

My wife and I contracted Indiana Home Comfort Solutions to air seal the attic and add insulation to R-60, perform the Aeroseal product installation to seal our ductwork and install an UltimateAir ERV to bring in fresh air. Steve Lindley's crew of Brad and Anthony did a wonderful job with everything that we asked them to do. The arrived on time and were extremely polite and professional even while having to work around three 100+ pound dogs! Steve and his crew, in my opinion, are the best in the Indy area to help people save money on their energy bills. They will honestly tell you if what they provide will help or not- they do not attempt to "hard sell" like many other companies out there. Highly recommend!

*Updated Review- We had Steve Lindley's crew back out to replace our 11 year old heat pump with an ultra efficient York heat pump. They again, arrived on time, were professional and courteous and performed timely install on our heat pump. The new heat pump is very quiet and I will be interested to see how it lowers our energy bill. I will have no one else provide heating and cooling service to our home from now on- thanks, Guys!

We had a new ac system installed, less than 2 months later it had vibrated off of its platform and tiped over. Now we have no ac. We called to schedule an appointment and were told they would return our call. Its been 4 days since they said they would call and still nothing. I finnaly get them on the phone and they said that it wasnt covered in our warranty. We were told that we would have to pay for a service call. They came out and fixed the unit and waived the price. They should have made sure the unit was secured before they left.

Justin was prompt in arriving for the scheduled maintenance appointment and fully explained the Indiana Home Comfort Solutions service program. He assisted in resettling the system thermostat to an Auto selection -- reviewing the procedure and answering my questions -- taking time to discuss the heat pump system and the proper filter change installation process -- very pleasant and helpful -- advising best options for my follow-up review prior to my Autumn/Winter system settling -- appreciated his input and advisement.

The whole team at Indiana Home Comfort Solutions were kind, courteous, and very professional. Brad and his team were very nice and made sure to be very quiet around my newborn. Steve the owner came out to give me a thorough evaluation of my home with their free estimate. Steve used the latest technology for assessing my home using a blower door test to see how leaky my home was and used a thermal camera to show me his main concerns. Steve came back and checked on the progress while Brad and his team were hard at work. Brad and his team went all over the attic and sealed all seams and holes with spray foam to prevent hot air coming into the home or in the winter leaving the home. They also encapsulated my crawl space and sealed all places where air could leak to or from the outside. I had my ducts Aerosealed and the total leakage before the Aeroseal was about the size of an 8x10 photo and after the Aeroseal the leaks were smaller than US quarter. I would highly recommend them to anyone!
