The technician was great, quickly diagnosed the problem, repaired, and made sure it was working before he left. My main issue is for a $30 part and less than an hour of work was $400. I understand not working for free, but if you hire them to repair your unit the diagnostic fee should at least buy a “tune up”. They are wildly overpriced for small repairs.
I was totally happy with the service aside from the cost.

I've had Indiana Home Comfort Solutions perform a lot of work for me on a house I bought last year and am just now getting around to reviewing...new A/C, new furnace, added insulation. Overall reasonable prices, honest people and patient with a new homeowner. Steve is very knowledgeable and his crew (Robbie, Brad, Austin) are some of the hardest working people I've met. Highly recommend.

This is a phenomenal company to do business with . Very professional and honest. I have had a new AC unit put in by them and routine service. Justin S was great very informative and took his time explains things .

Once you experience the kind of care you get from Indiana Home Comfort Solutions, you'll throw away all your phone numbers for other HVAC providers. They insulated our attic, installed new AC and have kept us running without worries. Very professional and affordable.

The crew at Indiana Home Comfort Solutions are awesome. They treat their customers like family. They are a small business with technicians that really know what they are doing. What I like best is that they are not salesmen with flip charts or videos trying to sell you something without even checking your house. They go right to your crawl space and attic and they can tell you exactly what is going on and what to do about it. And they don’t try to upsell. They have good old fashioned work ethic and know how and I hope they never change. You can trust these guys.

On one of the hottest days of the year, water from the AC unit was backing up all over the floor so I had to turn my AC off. Literally within an hour of contacting this co, I had the nicest, most thorough service professional at my place. He was polite, explained everything, showed me the problem and how he would fix it and exactly what it would cost before he started.

He was fast and efficient. When he was done, he showed me the work he had done to correct the problem which was a clogged up PVC pipe/drain. He showed me a better way to put the air filter in and made sure I knew how to do it next time. He had a detailed invoice and the price was extremely reasonable. I would certainly use this company in the future.

I needed to replace a failing hvac system and secured quotes from three companies for this service. Indiana Home Comfort Solutions provided a competitive quote and, in addition, had done prior work at my son's home and at a neighbor's home. In both my son's and neighbor's cases the recommendation was excellent as to the quality of work performed.

The work done at my home was done on schedule and the final cost was exactly what had been quoted. The workers were very considerate of my home and answered all of my many questions. When the job was complete, all issues had been addressed. I am very happy that I made this choice and am confident that, in the future, when service is needed, this level of service will continue.

They were on time one (of my biggest petpeves. )Got a.photo sent to.me so.i knew who was comming. Small things but they count these days.Jacob was super nice ,professional and knowlegable showed me an actual photo explained the problem. Price was reasonable had the part on his truck fixed it on this trip did a great job .Price was good. I will use them from now on and.definatly recomend . I have had IHCS do a few jobs around the house for the 2 years I have lived there. They are always professional, responsive, and do quality work! Most recently, they sent out a technician by the name of Austin who tuned up my air conditioner and it runs like new again!
