My husband and I were so thankful for this company and Nick the sales rep for helping us out. He spent time talking to my husband after a horrible experience with another company. He also responded to my questions and emails even after close once I came home from work. What the other company wanted to charge about $5,000 for, we were able to get parts fixed on a still perfectly good pump (eone septic pump we use for our system). Everyone was super professional, kind, helpful, and honest. The job was able to get completed for about $700 instead and saved us tons of money. We were back up and working in just a few hours! I can not say how thankful we are that we found out about your company and we will be back when the pump needs its service check in 7 years. A+ service!!!!

Unfortunately these crooks have a monopoly on "fixing" grinder pumps. They'll say its fixed and leave saying the pump has "plenty of life left". They charge outrageous trip charges ($600+). So...they charge you another trip charge and the fee for a 3rd party to pump out the grinder pit ($350 ea. occurrence ). After you've spent thousands on a "repair" they'll eventually tell you that you need a new grinder pump @ $6-8K (plus install). No credits or refunds on the repair work you've already spent thousands on. If you have a grinder pump system, these guys are vultures. Unfortunately, they're the only ones to call and they know it!

The guys who came out, were professional, on time, and very knowledgebale. I also liked Leslie, I belive that was her name, from their office. If not, I apologize, but she was on the call for service. Definitely reccommend.

Grinder pump alarm started going off on Sunday morning. Called Covalen's 1800 number left message to call us Monday morning. They called back within a couple hours, told us how to turn alarm off and scheduled a time to come out Monday. Showed up Monday provided excellent service, no hiding fees or unexpected expenses. Very straightforward and honest.
