Worst service I have ever received. My warranty company set an appointment for them to look at my non working a/c, I had to call them to verify my appointment otherwise I wouldn't have gotten on the schedule. The tech was late, didn't call and then called to say he was past my house (he supposedly didn't have my address) but could come late or the next day. He texted me the next day finally saying my a/c couldn't be fixed because he couldn't find parts even though he didn't even look at it. I called the after hours number and they were helpful at first. They were suppose to come Sunday but didn't call or show up. My neighbor (found out that's what he does at work) looked at it and is fixing it right now.
