This company is amazing. Very friendly, very honest people. we hired someone to come and install a new unit and they did nothing right wouldn't even call us back when it wouldn't turn on. CES Energy llc came to our rescue and had taken everything out and redone all the previous work the right way. And had it up and working in less than a few hours our worst nightmare turned into a blessing by meeting Jesse and CES Energy llc and I will never trust Anyone except for Jesse with my hvac repairs.

Called in for my a/c compressor that stopped working, he came out to me right away and did everything he can to get it working again. Got the job done in no time, any other tech would take the easy way and tell you to replace the whole system. These guys are honest, professional and very knowledgeable with old school and new school systems. I’d definitely call them in the future.

We converted our attic into a 4th bedroom that we are using as an office. We contracted CES energy to install a mini-split HVAC system, electrical, and data (ethernet) to the attic; services were originally “done” in March 2022. We spent almost $8,000 with them and while the HVAC and electrical were complete, they have yet to complete the data wiring, so we have no internet in a space that is supposed to be primarily used for an office.

I have tried to work with both Brian and Jesse since 06/24/2022 to get someone out here to complete the work. Brian started off responsive, but then stopped responding completely; the same thing happened when I reached out to Jesse a couple of weeks later.

I simply want the services completed that they were contracted to complete.

8/9/2022 Update: Jesse had Will come by to complete the data cable installation, so the work has been complete.

Jesse and Brian were awesome! They came and replaced our entire heat and AC system the day after we called them. They were nice, professional, and really easy to work with! I would definitely recommend working with them!

I had the best experience with this company. The gentlemen could not have been nicer, more willing to answer my many questions, trustworthy, and knowledgeable about what they were doing. Everything went so smoothly which is not normally the case when I have repairmen out for something. I liked that they gave me a price before they started and it did not change. They explained everything to me so well, I knew what was going on and felt confident with them. I really felt as though they did an awesome job for me. I felt valued. Just good honest people who did not try to up sell me things I didn't need, and charged me a very fair price. At the end there were pictures on their phone that they showed me before and after pics which was nice to see. I am so happy to have found them and will definitely be referring them to people! After they took care of me last night, I am positive there is no need for me to call anyone else!

I made on phone call 2 days ago! Without hesitation, Jesse was at my door explaining everything to me and being totally honest. He was very professional and he allowed me to ask questions.
He had no problems with showing me what I needed to do and know. I’m very grateful for CES Energy and I will continue my services with them from here on out.
I would highly recommend that you call them first if you have any heating and cooling issues.
