Ive been using Premiere for about 3 years and have no complaints. Scott is always enjoyable to work with. He's straightforward, honest, and is one of the few service men who don't ask to speak to my husband or patronize me. He's serviced our 20 year old units, guided us through the replacement process, and now does the annual service for the new units. Can't recommend the company more.

They did an amazing job installing my minisplit units. I was gone for the day and could not be there. I definitely did not need to be as they did great. The unit outside and all the new wiring and equipment was installed very neatly. Also impressed with the units as they are super quiet I can't even hear them running! The heating capabilitys are even better. Owner was super nice and got things done in a timely manner!

I had Premiere Mechanical replace my air conditioner and gas furnace several years ago, great work done at a great price. Since then, they've provided outstanding service and regularly scheduled maintenance like clockwork. Can't thank them enough, they do fantastic work.

Premiere installed multiple Fujitsu mini splits at our 125 year old home. They heat and cool and are super quiet. Pretty simple to take care of basic maintenance too. The installation went very quick and smooth.

Scott and his team did a great job! They were very helpful and knowledgeable. He installed a Nest thermostat and spent plenty of time showing me how it operated. He also told me about the rebate program with REMC. I have use Premiere in the past and they have always done a great job!

When we called Premiere Mechanical to come out and take a look at our air conditioner they made it a priority to get to us quickly. Scot was efficient, honest and clearly very knowledgeable. He had our air back up and running in no time and without breaking the bank. When we were experiencing issues with our heat a few months later, we called Premiere Mechanical. Once again we received excellent customer service. The problem was quickly identified and resolved. We couldn’t be happier.

Scot installed our geothermal unit a few years back and has been very helpful with every situation we've encountered. He has kept the unit in top condition and has offered excellent advice on maintaining and upgrading equipment. He is very personable and willing to lend his expertise and experience on any mechanical or plumbing topic that comes up.

Scot upgraded my 50 year old thermostat to a new smart thermostat. He made sure to dot every "i" throughout the installation process, and even took the time afterwards to walk me through use of the thermostat's phone app. He made sure I was satisfied with everything prior to leaving, and personally checked on me afterwards to ensure my satisfaction. GREAT customer service. Extremely knowledgeable. Highly recommend Premiere for all your heating and cooling needs, in the Fort Wayne area.

Always a quick response; very reasonable pricing; excellent work and always explained what they were doing and why. We had a new furnace and air conditioner installed nine years ago and have had no problems with their installation, cost and use. I would highly recommend this company to everyone.

I highly recommend using Premiere Mechanical, I have used them in 2017 for a new furnace and this year for a new A/C unit. Scot was quick to come out and installed a new A/C before the crazy heat this year! If any of my friends or family needs anything I will recommend them!
