It’s been a week now that they were supposedly “coming back tomorrow “ with the part to fix our ac. It’s 100 degrees outside and we have 4 kids and a big dog. Unprofessional and ridiculous

I have contacted this company 3 times about one of their employees damaging my property and NEVER received a return phone call. I wasn't even a customer so for them to treat my property like that is ridiculous! Not even a phone call from a manager or a sales person with an apology or anything. I would NEVER do business with a company like this.
