Masters Heating & Cooling

Our AC unit needed worked on, Masters was able to come out quickly to fix the issue, and did a great job.

My tech was very professional and knowledgeable. However, he did not provide me with a receipt! 🤔

we have used masters since 2000/21. Brought 2 furnace and gone through 2 heat heat pumps/ air conditioner. their service has been so bad the last 2 years that I will not use them again. they were not able to do regluar maintenance on our heat pump this year because of scheduling issues and it was too cold to do the checks. I would make appointments months ahead because i knew i had to take a vacation day now to try to be here when they changed the appointment time. still if i didn't answer the phone immediate they would move on to the next job and my appointment would be moved very late or moved to another day. i always prepaid for these services. the techician who did our furance accidently unhooked our condenation pipe. had water dripping on the floor. turns out the wrong fitting was installed on this when they replaced our furance in 2021. I can not recommend Masters Heating and Air enough. We have had a better experience with them than we have had any company in the longest time and it has been such a relief to have such amazing people to help us. Extremely knowledgeable, friendly and they really know how to explain everything to you. It's very rare these days to find a great company and quality/experienced employees behind them. I am thankful to God I called them earlier this week....our lives could have been forever different had I not. A terrible situation was made brighter by this company. Amazing repair service, amazing sales team and amazing install team....all around top of the line business!

Terry is THE BEST!!! Extremely knowledge, professional and kind! He is the main reason I have stayed with Master for well over 10 year's and purchased a new Geothermal system from him. In addition to referring 2 other's that purchased (1 Geothermal & 1 Gas Heating and Air) systems from Master's!

I hope the owner's value and appreciate Terry as much as his customers.

We have been doing business w/Masters for a long time - ever since they installed our geothermal unit over 10 years ago. We always ask for Terry - he is super knowledgeable and does fantastic work. Last time he was here doing routine checkup on our geo, he overheard me saying we wanted a new water heater and told me about a current promotion Masters had for that. A week later, we have a new water heater! Thanks Terry, you're the best!!

Hard to rate them when they said they'd call back but never did. Liked them in the past. Thankful was able to fix this issue myself and get the heat going again.

Of course it’s a Holiday Weekend and hot outside. You turn the air on and of course the air doesn’t work. So frustrating!! Not sure who to call so we picked Masters. Best decision we could have made. They squeezed us in and fixed the problem !! Best part was they had what we needed on the truck. Air was fixed that day. Thank you Masters, you will get our business again. Terry was kind and friendly. Terry definitely knew what he was doing. Terry will be the one I request next time!! If you need HVAC service call Masters you won’t regret it!!

I can ALWAYS count on Terry T to be on time, super courteous, and quickly diagnose and fix my problem. He is the BEST by far, especially when it comes to boilers. I ALWAYS request him for my service issues.

Excellent after hours trouble shooting and awesome follow up the next morning! Prompt service and repair. You can't go wrong with Masters. Terry always takes great care of us!
