The installers were great. The salesman had a New unit that’s never been installed but it was few years old so he told me I still had warranty left and he could get a certificate for my electrical company rebate. So I called and said I needed some paperwork they could not get it the lady at the desk I believe was part owner was very rude. So I advise to make sure that they have all the paperwork that you need for the rebates and tax credit before you purchase a unit that cost $24,000. If I known this I would’ve bought a brand new unit that they would had to order

We were new to the area and shortly after moving in, our air conditioner wasn't working. Called Edward's and they were quick, affordable and neat. Service person was willing to call me at work and let me know what was going on.

I highly recommend them.

My husband and I were not familiar with our system and didn't realize there wasn't anything wrong with it. Instead of charging us a service call, they explained the difference between the two systems and that ours was working the way it was supposed to. And they didn't laugh at us while they did it. 🙂
