After another company had diagnosed our heating systems problem and suggested a new system Dwayne came out and quickly discovered the real problem and fixed it quickly and at a good price. We appreciate his diligence and honesty so much. Being new to the area it’s nice to know that we have a great hvac guy to call!

Dwayne helped me troubleshoot my ac over the phone. Using FaceTime he gave clear & concise instructions to guide me through the necessary steps to resolve my ac issue. I was able to source the correct part locally. Dwayne ensured it was installed correctly. Dwayne was eager to help, professional, knowledgeable, & efficient.

I called after he had made it home from working one day and he made it out to my house within an hour. His prices are very fair and he works hard to go above and beyond for his customers. He found the leak in our system and filled it back up. He made a trip out the next day to make sure the system was completely filled and working correctly. We needed him to check something else a few days later and he was right back out. Not many people are trustworthy and respectable anymore, but he absolutely is! He is honest and hard working! He also checked over and repaired the wiring in our system. It had been melted from touching another component and could have caused MAJOR problems. I'm thankful for how thorough he is. We could have had a lot more problems on our hands if he had not found and fixed the wiring issue. He only suggest repairs that are absolutely necessary. I will recommend him to everyone!

Dwayne Thomas replaced the complete heat pump system in our house, set all the specs on the thermostat, and we have been been very comfortable for the past year. I would recommend him highly. His prices are very competitive, and his workmanship is excellent.

Dwayne Thomas fixed my a/c on a Sunday evening. He did a great job, very professional and friendly. He took the extra time to price future replacement options for next season. I had 2 different companies tell me it had to be replaced last year. Honest person. I give him 5 stars
