I called Thomas HVAC and made a first time appointment. The owner, Dwayne Thomas came out, he was on time and a real nice guy. I believe he's also an expert on HVAC repair. He is trustworthy and honest, the price is fair. I'm glad I found him, he's the one I'm sticking with, he's the real deal.

Thomas Heating was quick to respond and able to install new heat & A/C for us within days of us contacting Dwayne. We did have a couple hiccups but he was back out the next day to diagnose and again the following day with the replacement part. Since then, we have had no issues. We definitely recommend them.

We have used Thomas Heating and Cooling multiple times over the last 2 years for a very old AC unit and just this summer a new HVAC system. He has always gone above and beyond on availability, responsiveness, follow through, quality, price, professionalism, and communication. He takes the time to educate us on the systems, the process, and our options each time. Dwayne feels like a close friend whom we fully trust. He genuinely cares about his clients and their satisfaction/comfort. His work is truly superb. We won’t use anyone else.

Dwayne was a God send. We were uncertain if our current HVAC company was being honest with us and we called Dwayne for a consult. He was efficient, honest and very fair. We had Dwayne do the work we needed and he did a superb job. Got our unit back up and running and saved us from spending several more thousand dollars on work we in fact did not need. I highly recommend his service.

Dwayne did a great job upgrading my 3 and 4 ton system! Dwayne was very responsive and gave a great price. Dwayne can do it all from Black-Pipe, Ducting, Replacement or new he will do a quality install.

Mr. Thomas was just all-around great. He was able to work us in same-day and repair our heat-pump quickly and effectively. He was professional, intelligent and affordable. I will use his services from now on and would highly recommend him.

We have been out of air and heating for almost four years due to another company coming out and telling us that we had a dinosaur for a unit and we would have to replace it. Dwayne is definitely a God send… when I called him he came out within the hour and checked everything out and found an issue with the heating part but our air was still good. AMAZING SERVICE!!
My A/C went out during this super hot week.(96 degrees) He was able to come out same day. I was going to attempt to fix it myself, but I had a gut feeling I should make sure I was right. I am so glad I called, he saved me so much money! The fee was nothing compared to what I planned on paying. He even fixed it on the spot with no wait. He is very experienced, professional, and nice. If I ever have another issue with my Heating or Cooling system there is nobody else I plan to call besides Thomas!

Dwayne is just amazing when it comes to customer service. He doesn’t like to get call backs so he does it right the first time even if it means spending extra time. He is the only person we call when we need anything regarding our system because he is east to get in touch with, extremely responsive. He’s punctual and he knows what he is doing which makes life so much easier. He is easy to communicate with and a genuinely good person. Dwayne was able to identify an electrical issue in our home and even referred us to an excellent electrician. He is fantastic and we feel lucky to be his customers. 10/10 stars ⭐️ for sure.
