My husband and I just purchased our first home and have, in fairly quick succession, had to replace our AC unit, and needed our heating system repaired. FlowTech has been absolutely wonderful in both instances. Very professional, very dedicated to finding the root issues, and wonderfully understanding that I work from home and need to duck away to deal with work issues. So polite, too!

We had a problem with a sump pump and Flow Tech was very quick to respond and to get the job done, and done well. Ben, was super friendly, helpful, worked well with our huskies in the house, and just did a GREAT job! He was also very willing to mask (and he masked corrextly) when asked, as we have a high risk family member. It was much more expensive than I would have guessed, but I understand the supply issues have increased everything. I can not speak to if they were competitive with rates (and honestly, will likely shop around a little for next time) but the service Ben gave is worth the 5 stars.

After spending a month dealing with other companies to get my water heater replaced, Flow Tech came out on Christmas Eve and had us all set up within an hour. The new heater didn't work and they were back out the same day and corrected a wiring issue. The service tech even followed up that evening just to make sure everything was working fine. Would definitely recommend.

Old furnace finally gave out at the end of February. Robbie came out that morning, and I had a quote with several options by noon. His team was out the next morning and installed the new furnace and A/C and we were warming up by 2 PM. Good quality, and great customer service, and I like keeping it local. Highly recommend.

Mom's furnace needed major repairs but the parts were going to take 7 days to arrive. The weather being in the 30's and dropping made this a crucial decision. Flow-Tech worked with us to get her a new furnace and installed it that very afternoon. They were knowledgeable, courteous, professional and efficient.
