One of the best "Contractor" experiences we have ever had. Robbie was responsive with a quote, they came as scheduled, and installed a new furnace and AC without any delays or forgotten parts. Used heavy carpet protectors for the carpet and wore Covid masks. Could not be more pleased.

I started using them to repair my furnace. Next used them to install a tankless water heater, then new air conditioner. Then got a price to install a new sink & faucet. Then price to install new furnace. I never checked prices with anyone else until I wanted the sink. I went to a plumbing supplier and picked out sink & faucet. Gave them the part numbers and asked for a quote. Came in over @2000. I thought that was extremely high. Bought the parts for around $900. I was 75 yrs old and my friend 70. We installed the sink in approx 1 1/2 hrs An experienced plumber could have done it under 1 hour. The furnace I bought elsewhere was over &700 cheaper. Other than price the only complaint I have on their workmanship was installing the tankless water heater. I went into the room as they were working and noticed they had installed an electric wire laying on gas line. I pointed it out to the installer and he had it fixed. After they left I noticed they had stood on my chest freezer and left the top dented. It now leaks air .

First off I’d like to say thank you for your service. Our heat went out in the middle of the night. Called first thing spoke with a wonderful agent named Blake. He came right out to look at our geo and within two hours we had a tech there to fix the problem. Thank you Flow Tech for the fast and friendly service! Will use and recommend in the future.

They were nice got the job done fast. While they were in craw space doing ac they seen a duck work that had come apart they fixed it while they were down there. Get them for all my jobs

Mike from flow tech diagnosed where a leak was coming from in our home within minutes and had it stopped. He was professional and really knew what he was talking about. He even directed me to contact my insurance company and helped walk me through the process since I had never had to experience something like this before. If I ever have plumbing issues again, i will definitely use them again.

This is my go to place for any plumbing or heating needs! Moved to a nearby city and tried some local places and was very disappointed. Now I know to just stick with the best! Our old AC unit died in the midst of the extreme heat and Flow-Tech was able to help us out immediately even though we were brand new customers. Their Technicians were polite and professional. They did a GREAT job and I would highly recommend them!
