Rodger installed a LG Art Cool Heating & Cooling system. He handled the job with such care and detail. He showed up on time and completed work each day on schedule. He was very friendly, very thorough, and he gave us really fair pricing. About five years after he installed the unit, the sensor needed to be replaced. He returned, ordered the part and installed it, no problem, totally fair price. I have only had pleasant, courteous and professional services from First Call Heating (Rodger). I would positively recommend.

after being told by several friends not to use 1st call I gave them the benefit of the doubt since I don't live far from the owners house (shop). I now know firsthand why I was told negative things. I had a no heat issue which Rodger the owner diagnosed with being a bad compressor which seemed to be correct diagnoses. he told me if not covered under warranty the job would cost $1800. once we found out the $1100 part was under warranty he gave me an estimate of $1500+ to put the part in which seemed very high so I called a reputable heating and air company that quoted 600 less. once he found this out he did everything he could to make it difficult to get the part back from him. needless to say I was very unhappy with this company and wouldn't suggest to anyone.

Roger came highly recommended to me. He came to my home and I told him the problem I was having. He is very knowledgeable in his business and found the reason for the problem quickly. He listened carefully and did an excellent job of installing what I needed. He is very conscientious about his work and will do it right the first time, just as his logo says. I have full confidence in his workmanship and would recommend him to anyone who needs a good HVAC diagnostician. He even found an issue I was unaware existed and brought it to my attention. He is reliable and reasonable. He truly knows his work well and is great at it.

so our air conditioning stopped working at the hot end of the summer so I instructed my wife to call someone local because it was imperative that the air conditioning get fixed immediately due to all of the aquariums that were in my house. I was pretty sure that our air conditioner needed coolant added to it and it also needed the duckweed and dust cleaned out of the unit itself and maybe I needed an air filter but these are the reasons I call a professional to SERVICE the unit! so this genius comes to my house and takes advantage of my pregnant wife is in the house 15 to 20 minutes does not take the cover off the unit does not clean the unit does not connect his gauges to the unit to tell us whether or not it needs the freon because he "didn't have time to do all that......" so 20 minutes after being at my house he tells my wife that we need a new air filter we need the unit cleaned out and it may or may not need Freon but "he has to go" fix his failing ice cream shop. I myself perform professional service for a living and I know how to treat my clients and as a matter of fact two of my clients are in the heating and air conditioning business and they completely agree with me THAT, part of his initial service should have been cleaning out the unit connecting his gauges to it telling us whether it needed Freon or not and he should have had the air filter to replace it I would have had no problem paying his service fee if he would HAVE PERFORMED ANY SERVICE. my unit should have been "serviced" and then I should have had the added cost of the air filter and Freon that I needed but instead this jackass came to my house looked at my unit and hands my wife a bill for $60 and told me to do these things myself.... so after calling a REAL professional and having our coolant leak properly diagnosed, found, and refilled we were finally able to save our livestock. I can't wait to go drop off this check myself...
