A+Derr Heating & Air Conditioning Inc

I have had to use Derr Heating and Air Conditioning for both my furnace and my air conditioner. Both times my units went out in the most critical moments where it was vital that I had heat and air. Derr's technicians responded very quickly and had my heat going that day! The technicians that I have dealt with have responded with compassion about the situation and urgency. I just had to use them again because my very old unit went out. I have three children and having temperatures reaching 80+ in my house isn't pleasant. I got a hold of Derr and they got me a unit and installed it that same day and now now it's cooler than ever in my house. Thank you Derr for always providing excellent and prompt service. I wouldn't choose another company for my heating and cooling needs!

I have had it for five years after they talked me out of my old one..nothing wrong with it. He said it was to big for the house. But since I have had it I've had nothing but trouble with it. Every year it goes out. Thanks for my home warranty that I purchased. Will never use them again
