I contacted them 2 weeks to get a quote for a job. They told me they would come by on Friday. Friday afternoon, I finally called them to check the status and they mentioned he would come on Saturday around 1. No apology for the no-show. On Saturday, I’m waiting for them to show up and they never showed and no call!

I can’t imagine having a business and acting like this!

I called Don first thing in the morning to take a look at my water heater. He arrived almost immediately like he had said. Within minutes he and his technician had my water heater working and even showed me a few tricks when it comes to relighting the pilot light. I enjoyed talking to them both and recommend this business over anyone else. He did this quick fix a lot cheaper than anyone else would. Thank you!

These guys are great! Got us in super quick after our 17yr old water heater died (rip we had a good run) they arrived a few minutes early and got the water heater replaced super quick! Very friendly and helpful!

Called for an appointment for a quote on re-plumbing an entire house. Asked up front before making the appointment if that was something they could do. Worker shows up late to the appointment, so I’m going over my lunch break and using up vacation time. Fine, it needs done. Says he will email the quote. Next day I get an email from the owner that they are too booked for my job right now and are choosing not to quote. Then why did they waste my time coming out to quote? I specifically said what type of large project it was when making the appointment. I won’t call them again. Wasted my time and did not make a good impression.

These guys are the absolute best! They installed a new water heater, tore out old water lines and valves, and replaced them with all new lines and valves, then ran a new washer drain. This was all done in around five hours! The job looks very clean and professional. The workers also are clean and professional. I was expecting a good sized bill but it came in hundreds of dollars less than I had expected. I have but one plumbing company from now on and that’s Water Heaters and More!!
