I just wanted to send a note of thanks to you, Wes and Hunter for getting us all set up with a new HVAC system.

Hunter and Wes were fabulous to work with and communicated to us throughout the process and took the time to explain the operation of our new system. I know someone needs to come back next week to double click on ac charge and the drain pipe connection to the drain on the water heater but I just wanted to send our thanks and gratitude now.

We have used HFI for many different needs over the years and your teams always come through above and beyond (even one time in 2016 late on x-mas eve), patient, kind, and communicative. Thank you all so much...and please share our thanks to the whole team!!!

When I considered purchasing a Mitsubishi ductless unit, HFI was the Bloomington firm willing to do the job from beginning to end, electrical hook-up and all. Their regular maintenance service continues to be easy to schedule, prompt in performance, and non-invasive. The unit has converted our former porch, with many windows, into a comfortable living space year around.

Ryan and Jeremy came out to install a new water heater today. Tight space made it quite a job. They were fantastic, efficient, and courteous. We are very pleased with them and with all of the people at HFI. Thank you!

We recently had HFI perform our fall Planned Maintenance on our heating/cooling system. Technician Matt Hayes arrived on time and very professionally performed the required checks. After completing the work he took time to explain that our system was running correctly and answered our questions. We have found HFI to be an outstanding service organization.

I recently had plumbing work done by HFI at my residence. They were fast but thorough, and explained all details to my wife Becky, who was home. She said they took care to keep thing clean, and were very friendly.

From start to finish I couldn't be happier with the work they did. I had a waterline leak under the concrete pad of the house. When they showed up they had the tools to quickly pin point the leak and were able to minimize the section of concrete that had to be cut to make the repair. The workers were knowledgeable, neat and polite. They all consistantly wore boot covers, laid down tarps on all traffic areas and were surprisingly thorough in their clean up. I won't hesitate to call them back in if something else comes up in the future

Dishwasher Pickup and Installation. HFI did a great job for us, picking up the dishwasher for us so we didn't have to pay a shipping cost and installing the same day. Great Service, Friendly employees. Will use them again.

HFI, was on time (8:00am) for the installation of a replacement of my air conditioning unit. I was told it was going to take 4 hours, Josh and Brain, did great job, within the 4 hours as quoted. The guy's cleaned up and took the old equipment as per quote, great job. Thank you

On one of the hottest days of the year, the HFI guy showed up within 2 hours of my calling to request service! He did a very thorough inspection and service on the HVAC system, and had everything in working order within a couple hours. Great service!

Great group of people. Extremely knowledgeable, especially when it comes finding talented team members. I highly recommend this company for all of your HVAC and plumbing needs.
