Sines Heating & Cooling

I have had 5 different technicians from several companies at my home over the past 4 years. Each one telling me something new was wrong with my system, and that my entire system needed replaced. Sines can you my home and a thorough, professional, and communicated to me what was actually going on with my system. Long story short, I won’t be calling anyone else from now one.

Sines Heating and cooling did a fantastic job! Originally hired for duct cleaning, upon inspection found out that the ductwork in my home was installed incorrectly when I built the house. I then hired Sines to do a complete replacement. The cost was reasonable, and the took the cost of the duct cleaning off the replacement. This is a family run business, and the work was completed on time, and in a professional manner. I would definitely recommend Jason Sines, and will be using them again in the future.

Prompt/Transparent. Had my unit up and running within 24 hours of reaching out to them. Furnace went out on Sunday....made the call and Jason was out within an hour to assess. Being a Sunday, parts would not be available for my certain issue until Monday (which i assumed would be the case). He was back out on Monday within the timeframe to do the repair like he said he would be. Quick response, timely response, transparent pricing, straightforward/ no BS to deal with, and very nice/cordial representation. They will be my "go to" from now on, with my HVAC issues.

Jasen was so easy to work with. From start to finish, he was open and honest and took care of us, just as he said he would. Will use him again!

Jasen was very punctual, kind, and professional. He gave me alot of helpful information about my geothermal unit that I had no idea anything about and got everything back up and running! Highly recommend! We will definitely be using his company again if there is ever a need for anything.

Great experience. My capacitor went out on my air conditioning on a 97 degree day. A person answered the phone right away. Surprisingly Jasen, our tech, came to fix the air within the hour. Friendly service, great qualifications, and a good value.

Professional and on time would definitely use this company again for future repairs.

Jasen was Fantastic! Called me back ASAP and showed up early. He showed empathy to our family not having AC. He performed a quick troubleshoot and identified what was causing us not to have cold air coming out of our vents. Very knowledgeable and took the time to educate me in simple maintenance and things to look for. Highly recommended!! AAA+++

I called Shield Comfort Heating and Cooling to have my ducts and vents cleaned in a home I just bought. They are a very professional company to work with. Scheduling was easy, and they arrived exactly on time. Jasen and Joe did a fantastic job, and were very friendly. They took the time to answer all of my questions while they were here- and when they found a problem with cleaning my dryer vent and couldn’t do the work properly- they rescheduled another time to return that worked around my schedule, so that the job could be completed properly. I appreciated the job they did, and will definitely call them again. In the meantime, I am recommending them to others. They were great!

Fast, professional, and reasonably priced!
Our heat went out overnight when it was 10 degrees outside. I called Shield at 7:45am and they had someone to our house by 10am. It was amazing! The serviceman fixed the issue quickly, answered all my questions, and wore a mask and booties while inside. The total bill was under $100, which is amazing for an emergency call. I was expecting to pay much more. I will be coming back to them for all of my heating and cooling needs. Thank you so much Shield!
