Aerco Heating & Cooling

Aerco came out due to a faulty furnace. Furnace was not blowing hot air. Sent out Anthony to fix. Great guy very helpful with the problem as well as taking the time to explaine more as what could have caused it and what to watch for. Would recommend aerco to anyone great service.

Anthony, my service technician, was extremly friendly and well informed. He helped teach me a few things i didnt know about my system and took the time to point out and look into potential future issues. Will definately use Aerco again!

Five (5) Stars for the everyone at AERCO! They did a great job setting my sister up with a great new Bryant air conditioner. I would highly recommend them. They left the place cleaner than it was when they arrived. The guys were also very helpful in explaining to her the feature and benefits of the system. Thanks guys!

I would give a negative star if available. I called first thing in morning as we had no heat and it was -4 outside. Was told 10 or 11 ish. At 1 pm I called asking what was up as I received no call that they were running behind. Office had no idea what was up with tech. I called back at 5 pm still no show. They lost business as I needed a fix for heat and place order for new furnace and a/c units. I guess they don't want my money.
Regardless of their response I'd be happy to show anyone my call log and time on phone with rude lady at office.
Save ur money and time. Give your business to another company that values you as a customer and cares by means of communication.

My fiancé and I bought a new house from people who owned dogs and other animals. We called AERCO to come and clean our ducts, and they did a great job doing that--no more smell, no more allergies!

On top of that, Shawn's team showed us how the previous owners had done a little DIY work and pieced our HVAC system together. After speaking with our very knowledgeable technician, the AERCO team came up with a plan that utilizes our current units in the proper way, eliminating the "patchwork" feel to our system--making it functional and efficient WITHOUT having to buy any new units.

AERCO Heating and Cooling is the best HVAC company in Anderson, Indiana! We have had a few urgent situations where they have come out in the late evening to fix a furnace problem in the dead of winter! Their technicians are knowledgable and very friendly and are easy to talk to. I highly recommend AERCO Heating and Cooling for furnace and air service!

Beware: if you have a Bryant furnance and your 2nd Heat Exchanger goes out. It is covered parts n labor. The job is not as hard as they want you to believe. They will want to charge you wsy over for labor.
Reliability was not good at all. I would not reccommend. Know your facts, call bryant customer service and get the facts before any service.
