We bought our furnace and A/C from Cornerstone Heating And Cooling 5 They have continually been servicing them annually. Pleased to have Mike around yesterday to get the furnace ready for another cold winter. I strongly recommend this company.

I called with a very simple job. Get on a roof get me a model and serial number off of AC unit. They said they would do it. Was not my residence. Customer waited all day for their alleged morning appointment and they never came. I called at 3:00.

They said they ran into some issues and couldn't get there. I don't think they were even going to call me back!

I should not have to call YOU! If you can't get the job done you should call me. Can't trust people that don't follow through, sorry!

I called to see if someone could take a look at a possible gas leak and they had someone at my house in hours with no surcharges. Mike was helpful in repairing some smaller issues. I needed a new hot water heater and he was back the next day at 8.30AM on a Saturday for the install. The willingness to do that on short notice was extremely helpful. Would recommend

Our technician (Alex) was very professional, polite, neat and clean. He assessed, then fixed the problem and clarified in detail what was broken and how he had repaired the furnace. We have peace of mind that we have built a relationship with such a great company.

There is no such thing as a “cheap” tin shop or HVAC provider. There is such a thing as courteous, timely, and experienced folks to work with, though.Although they charge as much as any other shop in town, they kept their word, were professional, and got the job done as quickly as they promised they would.

The best company I have worked with. I always had a furnace moved into a new house that had boiler. The first year in the boiler needs to be replaced and these guys have spent the last six or seven months making sure I know how this stuff works. Great company and I will continue to use them
