We were told when we purchased our home that we had a hairline crack in our furnace and that it needed to be replaced. Dave came over and looked at it and said it was fine, but we would need to replace it some day....that was 12 years ago. We have had him over several times since for various issues with our furnace and also our air conditioner and have been very satisfied. He never oversells, is honest, reasonably priced and prompt - a real gem!

These guys are super trustworthy and very responsive. We used them on a Saturday and there were here within a few hours and had our heater fixed an hour later. Greg checked in with his ETA, took his snowy shoes off when entering my house, answered all of my questions and was super patient. I can’t reccomend them enough!

Was referred to Planz by a contractor friend. They came to check out my AC that wasn't cooling properly. Told me my unit was fine and all I needed was a new thermostat. I'm am a business owner and do lots of work with contractors of various trades. My previous HVAC sub contractor started treating my clients poorly so we had to terminate our relationship. This left me without a heating guy. One of the ways I qualify my subs is to have them perform work on my personal property without them knowing I too am a contractor looking to refer them to my clients. This gives me an opportunity to see how they work before risking my precious client base. If they treat me poorly on my own project you know they're going to treat my customers poorly as well. We hired Planz to service our furnace this winter and could not be more pleased with my experience. Chester came out first to diagnose the issue and got us up and running temporarily. Dave came back later that day to replace the necessary parts. Both Chester and Dave showed up exactly when they said they would, work clean, we're presentable and we're not intimidating to my family. I later reached out to Mary Jane in the office for some help on a project for one of my long-time clients. I scheduled a time to meet with my client and Dave at their property. Not only was he on time but he was early. This is something you rarely get from Tradesman. My whole experience from initial phone call to pay the invoice was fantastic. I will be referring all of my clients to them for all of their HVAC needs.

Dave is awesome!!! Cleaned my dirty XR80 and did a thorough cleaning. I would highly recommend Planz Heating and Air Conditioning to my family and friends. Please, have your furnace and AC checked annually. I didn't and I thought I was going to have to spend hundreds on a repair. Turns out my furnace just needed to be cleaned. Give Dave a call and you will not regret it! Dave is also very knowledgeable with Nest and other WiFi thermostats. If you have a Nest, be sure to get a C (Common) wire hooked up.

I have nothing but amazing things to say about Dave and all of his employees. It is hard to find an honest shop when it comes to HVAC but Planz Heating and Air really is an honest shop. My parents have used Planz for 30 years and after telling them the horror stories about the other HVAC companies I had out to quote a new system, they suggested that I called Dave. After being told all kinds of non-sense about needing to replace this and replace that from other HVAC companies, Dave's guys came out and told me what I really needed (not all the extras that other HVAC companies were trying to screw me with). Then they got the install done the next business day. If you need a new system or repairs and want to work with an honest and good shop, CALL DAVE!

I had this company do an Air Conditioning Install last week - 5.7.2021 and they seemed to do an okay job except for one thing. We asked that they reconnect a vent was disconnected before they arrived, and they agreed to do so. However, we later discovered that they did not do it. It turned out the tech (Kevin) did not have the material to do the job, and instead of letting us know he couldn't do it, they didn't say anything. I just believe in the old saying, "if you say you're going to do something, then do it". But if you can't do it, at least be honest and forthcoming enough to be upfront with your paying customers. Not to mention I spent $4,000 dollars with them for this installation. I am disappointed in this company, but hoping my A/C will work this Summer.

HIGHLY recommend Planz! Our A/C went out on Saturday. I called at 6:45 and by 7:30 Dave was at our house. By 7:45 he had everything fixed and up and running. He is super fast, professional and reasonably priced. Call him first!!

Another contactor quoted $5000 to resolve a $100 problem. Mr Planz fixed it in 10 minutes. This man is honest and wants to keep customer a for life. I highly recommend his service. He has my Business for life.
