K & J are fantastic. My heat went out on my 24 yr old Trane furnace. I placed a service call at 6am. Linda called me back by 7am. She was able to send me a quote, order the furnace, have someone pick it up & have the service team there to install it by 9am. Jim & his partner had it installed by noon. Today, I had a garage heater and a house humidifier installed by K&J. This was my first time working with them and I had a great customer experience. Kip, Cody, and Jim arrived onsite on-time and did a great job installing everything in way less time than what was originally forecasted. Once the job was completed, they took the time to educate me on how everything worked, and what forward-looking maintenance I should expect. Thanks again guys for the excellent service! Me and my husband bought our first house it was a fixer upper and we were lost as to where to start ! With the help of Linda who explained everything so well and Kip and Jeff who came out to help install our new furnace and ac we felt much better about everything. prices were extremely fair and service was great. We will be lifetime customers !

We have used K&J for the past twelve years, and would not recommend anyone else to handle HVAC needs. They show up when they say they will, they handle emergencies as if the home was their own, and since we keep them on an annual contract, we seem to be (and those like us) at the top of their list. Completely satisfied.

K&J installed my entire HVAC system in 2008. The install and subsequent maintenance of the system has been excellent. They have always been on time, professional, dependable as well as a good value.

Linda was very helpful over the phone and Paul H the technician was extremely helpful and professional. He explained everything in detail. K&J will only do the work that is needed and will not up sell you. It was such a comfortable exchange. I would completely recommend them for service.

We had a new AC/Furnance installed about 5 years ago and began having issues last summer with the AC unit. Although I was frustrated with having to deal with on again/off again AC issues, Linda, Vince and Jeff were immediately on top of the issues and came out to our home within 24 hours each time I called. Their service is incredible and they definitely do not leave you hanging with the problem. K&J was repeatedly out here analyzing and correcting the issues until our unit was up and working again properly. They definitely stand by their product and provide great service.

I've been having K&J take care of my furnace and air conditioning for years. Their servicemen always show up when agreed and do a good job at a good price. I expect I'll be sticking with them as long as I'm in this house.

K and J has been my company since I was in Lombard, where they had installed a new unit for me! They have been kind enough to service me for the last 19 years in Saint Charles!
