K&J are very prompt on timing the service guy got straight to work and explained what he needed me to do for him to run his test/maintenance. Once done he took the time to explain what he did and the results. Will definitely be using them for Furnace and continued AC maintenance.

K&J installed a new furnace after I consulted with them about my needs, they were friendly, knowledgeable and professional from the minute I contacted them. I was quoted a fair price and was told that my new furnace would be installed the next morning, they even sent over a room heater at no cost to keep me warm until the heat was restored!The installers were on time, spread tarps to protect my floor from door to furnace. They went right to work and had my house heated again quickly and efficiently. Thanks K&J for the great service!

I've used them in 2018 to install new AC. They did a great job then and did not disappoint today with the installation of a new furnace within 24 hrs. of a service call. I recommend anyone who is shopping for a new system or service to give them a call over the mega advertised big brands. You will not be disappointed.

This is the second time we have had K &J install a high efficiency furnace and air conditioner at two different homes. Each time they did excellent work and we would highly recommend their services.

Great and honest shop with experienced staff all around. Local family run business where most if not everyone has 20+ years of experience. Installed new AC and Heater with Trane 13 SEER and 2.5ton. Had 2 installers (Jim and Cole) who came on time, laid out tarps to protect all floors from front door to HVAC system in basement. Clean up work area probably better than when they got here. Also very thorough and was able to answer my questions i had for them during their install. highly recommend for both install and routine service. if you want honest and high quality service, then use K+J and stop looking/going to shops who most likely are not providing the level of service that you should be getting.

Kip arrived on time reviewed the replacement work and additional return duct work I wanted completed. We set down verified his understanding of the scope and generated the quote while onsite; explaining and addressing my questions. The way I prefer to do business. The deal was done on the spot unlike other quotes that came in the mail missing or vaguely addressing the job to be completed.

Jim and Cody arrived on time and ready to complete the work which took almost a day. When a section of return duct needed to be replaced to meet the needs of the new unit they had the materials delivered and installed/fabricated it without question or a change in the price. When the job was complete they took the time to educate me on the system and its care. They know their craft and what professional work is and what it should look like.

I can not say too many good things about the service I received from K&J Heating. They resolved multiple problems with my 20+ year old heating system. The price of repairs was reasonable. Customer service was excellent from the initial call to Linda through repairs by Paul and Jeff. As I sit here in my warm house, I am thankful that my neighbor recommended K & J.

Highly recommend K&J! They have been servicing our Trane furnace since 1998. When Paul was out doing the annual cleaning on our furnace. He noticed the blower fan was starting to go. It didn’t have to be fixed right away, but when it goes out we wouldn’t have any heat. I appreciated that it gave me a chance to call Linda in the office to find out how much the repair would be. She let me know what the cost was and since the furnace was so old how much a new furnace would be. Linda also told us about a rebate that was going on at the that time too.
We had them put in the new furnace. Jimmy and Cody came out the next week and put in the new furnace for us. They where right on time! The job took less time then they said it would. They cleaned up after themselves. In fact they left it cleaner then they found it! I do daycare out of my home and they where very safe and clean in the home. You would never know they where there.
